  1. Hope I'm Not too late, I blame slow YouTube upload times! It was 1080p HD when I uploaded it, God knows what it is now- brakeless kerby. Filmed with a phone on a stick :P

  2. Just buy a sprocket, fixed hub and FFW and be done with it.

I have that, but after trying a few pro2 it feels much better, so that's what I want.

or buy the one i have? i know its 116mm spacing and not a 80t hub but it will fit in your frame, it will be a tight squeeze but it will fit

sorry dude, id like a new one. I used to have a 116

Hub but the frame stretch and the way the hub would squirm means I wouldn't want to do it again

  3. I really like that, I'd want brakes if it was mine but I think brakeless bikes do look better. The paint job gives it a ghetto look (no offence) that I like. I never liked the look of those frames but this looks amazing.

  4. None taken. I like it being a bit rough on the frame, think it's better than super shiny showroom and definitely better than the gold and red it was before. Thanks :) it rides amazing to boot

  5. Built my new wheels with my custom decals up, took the brakes off again, I always seem to return to brakeless so I'll keep it like this :)

  6. Where did you get the rim stickers

it says in the description, I designed them on Adobe illustrator then sent them to Land Rover (I know everyone there, they used their vinyl machine to cut them out)
  7. I'm super happy with how my bike looks and rides at the minute! Since it's summer I'm running a slick tryall and a rear magura, I have another disc wheel which has the "HERBERTLEMON" decals on it for the rear :)

Painted black, lacquered (wheels are yet to be) frame.

    Onza Limey 320

    Echo sl

Trial tech front end (grips, bars, stem)

Shimano Saint m810 with ice tech rotor front

Magura hs11 2011 rear with heatsink Blues

Monty eagle claw pro race on a tryall rim and tryall hub front

Tryall stiky on a tryall hub and v!z disc hub rear

Jaf bash, echo ffw, tryall pedals

Thanks to Land Rover for turning my Adobe file into legitimate decals :P

It rides awesome, I don't usually run a front brake but f**k it

  8. Nice filming dude, I think you pretty much hit the nail on the head combining bmx and trials style filming together. Music was good too, and as always, riding was smooth and creative

this videos over a year old haha :P I just bumped it
  9. and what is that exactly? from the pics i'd guess that flipp runs a 180 stem with like 2cm of stacker.

on my mod i have a 165 stem with the max. amount of stackers (appr. 4,5 cm). so it should be appr. the same height, little less length.

trial tech high rise, trial tech 150x30 stem with a few stackers.
  10. Im trying to learn to manual too. I can do it a little bit on my mountain bike but not at all on the mod. I can't for the life of me lift the front wheel without a pedal.

Does the technique change with the different geometrys? I know Flip does it all the time on his, or should i just accept that i'm never going to have his skills :'(

my front setup on my mod is the same as flipps, and I can manual forever. In fact, I learnt to manual on a trials bike, I wouldn't be able to transfer the skill over from say a mountain bike as manualling a mod is completely different. If you're learning, rock your weight forwards, (dip your knees) and pull back, arms straight, and try and get your arse nice and far back. Try and get it to flip over, "loop out" as its called so you have to bail/jump off. If you can get it so it loops out, you can get it to manual. It's just time and practice practice to find the point where it doesn't drop down and doesn't loop out, and keeping it there. Once you can hold it there for a few seconds, the rocking of the body starts to come fairly naturally. Front end goes too high, bend knees to bring weight forward. Too low- push with your legs/straighten them to bring it back. It's just practice until your body does it without thinking. Hope this helps
