Looking for a bit of advice really. I'm looking at buying a used car. I want nothing older than a 2011 reg. Options are Mercedes Benz C200 cdi or a BMW 318c /320d. Both seem to be really nice cars but I'm stuck between the two. Recommendations would be greatly appreciated from someone who's owned either of the cars. Cheers.

The new Jitsie shoe seem to have an ankle support. Failing that try and find a pair or high topped rock climbing shoes, they'll be really flexible and lightweight and should give you the nesaccary (spelling?) support needed.

I've actually changed the bars back to some TT Highrise, it now feels spot on!
