"Thanks, Callum" takes about 5 seconds to type (Unless you have it pasted or something ( ^_^ ). 5*2000 = 10000. So that means you've spent 3 hours of your life typing "Thanks, Callum". Just put it in your signature :P

Well that's a rubbish example because Down's syndrome isn't even inherited (Except in like 5% or something), there's no way you could "wipe it out". Even if it was inherited, do you think that many people with Down's have children? So they can't pass their genes on anyway. And perhaps you'd like to tell me what's wrong with having Down's syndrome? People with Down's are usually very happy. Adoption isn't really an option. It's a good idea in principle, but I'm sure most people would rather have a child of their own, it it was possible.

No you're right. One piston moves, hits the disc, the disc bends slightly and then hits the other pad. But unless you're used one, do NOT say it's a shit design. It works amazingly well - the simplicity makes it. I think the only contender for "best trials disc" would be the Hope Trial. But seeing as that is twice your budget and almost three times the price of the Avid... But yeah, by all means get a (*snigger*) Louise (Y)

Depends what it is. The phone I sold was on a 5-day auction and no-one even looked at it until the last day. There's so many phones ending each minute, that's there's no point looking for earlier auctions. Anyway, after 4 days (still no bids), eBay took my phone auction down because they are a bunch of tools and interpreted "not a link" in my title as "search manipulation. Anyway, I just put it up again on a 24 hour auction and got the expected amount. However, I also just sold my guitar FX, which is a lot rarer, so I put that on for a 10 day auction. The bids and number of people watchin went up very slowly, but steadily over the whole 10days really. T But yeah, it definitely helps to write a good description and have the auction end on a saturday, or at least an evening (Y)

Nah, when I was selling my phone (Worth ~£200), I got loads of emails from people who were saying they would pay £300 if I would end the auction early and accept money by Western Union. At the end of the day, there is no real legitimate reason why people can't bid in the proper way. If they want you to do something else, they are probably up to no good.

They do flex. Everything flexes to some extent, but maggies actually flex quite a lot.

I don't think that's such a bad tactic, it worked for the PS2 vs the Xbox, and also the PS1 vs the N64. But I have a feeling that most people will have already made their mind up in terms of which console they want next.

Transfering songs to my d500 (which I have sold...) via bluetooth was painfully slowly. Took about half an hour to load an album onto it. A data cable might be quicker, and it would be cheaper too. But if it's not any quicker than I experienced, I wouldn't bother...
