  1. looks awesome are those inspired pads your running on the back there?? and if so, what are they like? any good??
  2. maybe he's just got a really really small head, which makes it look as though the helmet is smaller?
  3. maybe there's something in that misty cloud of ash. like super huge spiders and other varieties of insects that have come to kill us all. it must have been the army, opening up portals into other multi-verses and dimensions, we will have to each sacrifice members of our families to keep the monsters away and pray to god to not be vengeful upon ourselves. the time to repent is NOW!!
  4. errrrr, never!!! she is a nob, and would never get it in my book, just because of how f**king stupid she is
  5. wrap a plaster around the lever? and, move the lever further away from your hand, so if its your right hand lever, move the lever to the left, so that when your braking, your finger is right on the edge of the lever blade . . . . . has always worked for me, as i have been a long time sufferer of the same problem, oh, and get some gloves??
  6. hoe about the good old leeson 360 dropouts, your wheel will always stay in the same place, pretty simple to take the wheel of and pout back on, nice little smart built in tensioner. no problems with chain wrap. previously to other leeson's i have owned i ahve always been a verticle dropout sorta guy, but we all know that vertical dropouts do have drawbacks and so do horizontal dropouts both equally. personally, i dont really get this FF system on stocks these days, i have been in and out of the trials scene for a couple of years now, and the only advantage i can really see is wieght ??? maybe a little more chain wrap than the 'old school' conventional system. im not a comp rider, and far from anything TGS, i'm not a purist in any way, i do it for the love, adrenaline, the expressionism. which is what street riding to me is all about. maybe if i was a good TGS rider then wieght may be an issue for me, but it all seems so minuscule, and really unindividual as part of the sport itself, and im not in anyway trying to have a go, because those are the people that are pushing the sport in terms if bigger, higher, longer etc really why do you ride?? thats a massive question in itself . . . but ive just never had any desire to be like that, so therefore ive never really seen the point in go horizontal just my 2cents . .
  7. mine was trexrydr, basically because i used to ride a trex many many years ago then it changed to 'The Foamoi Refresher' somehow, i think the story goes along the lines of: me and grange (bikeguernsey/cant remember what hes calling himself these days) were out getting baked while riding at a local bmx track one evening, and i was going through this mad eating rereshers stage and getting really hyper to go riding, (i was 14, lol) anyway, id always be interupting conversations by trying to get in with the old oi oi, john, oi john you listening, oi, oi etc anyway, he was getting a little peeved and turned to me and said, Luis, if you dont shut the f**k up with saying oi, im going to hit you with a huge err **foam**oi** and he just kinda started pissing himself, so he started calling me foamoi, and then refresher just kinda followed on somewhere along the line . . . probably from some sort of roadtrip . . . . sounds like a really boring story
  8. the first two pics are of the same girl??? you mean that one? susan coffey
  9. i see way too much fail going on in this thread . . . well at least its a start
  10. rowan, i remember riding your bike in the bristol ride of the 24 tour, and it was an awesome setup. anyway, getting another bike sorted, you still running the same forks/stem/bars setup in these pics?? and if so, what are the details? or anyone else who can identify what forks those are . . . and the length of the stem, looks to be around 110mm???
  11. yeh 4 bolt adapters will work fine, i think the onza ones are a little cheaper than the heatsinks, but ive always had a good brake setup with the heatsink, but not yet tried any other brand go for it, V's rule . . .
  12. have you checked the FAQ section of the forum??? this tread is a good start, you basically just need to re-setup your magura, just by loosening the anchor bolts holding your brake to the frame, move the pistons out accordingly, re-tighten up, a useful tip is use a CD inbetween your rim and pads, get everything square, then tighten it all up, then use your TPA to get the amount of lever pull you desire for more help, this thread may be of some use to you . . . rim brake setup tread
  13. if you can afford it, id always go with avid ultimate calipers, not cheap though, but amazing, really really amazing, if you cant afford the £90, then go for an SD7 as far as a lever goes, avid SD7 is fine, get a decent cable, and then pad choice is depending, you running a grind?? riding in dry? or wet?? you want something with backings?? or just usual pads??
  14. jesus, i havent been on tf in a few months, i had a dream i was nout riding the other day, and pretty much decided to get me a bike again. been spending waaaaaaaay too much time playing the guitar, i need to get out moar! some retard decided they were selling up, and did so, MISTAKE!! so, going to get a another 24 in a couple of months or so, so will hopefully be up for the tour again this year, can someone fill me in on the events happening, as i really cba to look through 27 pages of thread . . . . also that looks like a nice park, should hit that motherf**ker up
