The lesson to be learned is that if you've been faffing around for half an hour hopping on the backwheel, you'll never make whatever it is you're gearing up to do. I learnt that the hard way too

Dude, those are career ending injuries. It's hardly funny.

Some of those are seriously horrendous. A warning might be nice for those who don't want to see people die.

Just because you're getting some money, doesn't mean you need to spend it. Why not put it away so you can replace something when it breaks? You'd be pissed if you bought a new front wheel with it (which you didn't actually need), then snapped your crank arm the next day.

Cheers guys - it's not really made for a specific purpose other than the fact it was valentines day. I haven't made a portfolio piece in Photoshop for a long time and to be honest, I just felt like it.

Yeah the brushes are downloaded Sam, unfortunately I haven't downloaded anything new for PS in a long time - I found them whilst browsing the collection 'bout a week ago. I'll check out the names of 'em though.

You should read up on some tutorials mate, it's a great program. In case anyone's interested - I made a 1280x1024 wallpaper version available here should anyone want it.

As for the boots, try asking any professional photographer why he'd want a hot celebrity to wear anything made of leather. As stated in the sub title to the thread, her name is Catherine Bell and she played Susan Ortega in Bruce Almighty, she also starred in Jag. Appreciating the crits there mate, however that's the spacing on the font I used. I see what you mean though and I'll change the font and mess with the spacing myself. Thanks guys

Excluding the new members wouldn't be very fair ----------------------------------------------------- First of all, I'd like to apologise for the size (in both pixels and kilobytes) as it's quite large - but I wanted to put some real effort in here and try and make something at least a little bit special. This is my contribution to Valentines Day '06 and has taken some rather intensive brushwork, a few hours and about 6 cans of Cream Soda. Anyway, here she is:
