Undo your chain tensioners, push your wheel all the way forward into the dropouts then push/lift the chain off to the side on the front sprocket while pedalling slowly.

How is this generic? It's his first hit song and he's been doing this for years compared to the people simon cowell employs. I know you might not like the song but he's worked hard from the bottom to win rap battles in america earning quite a lot of money along the way. Can Leona Lewis do that? She sang a few songs and got picked by the public, not exactly hard work.

He was signed to mike skinners label a while ago and did a few songs with him.
