I don't think there is much better helmets than either a xen or an e2, they are awesome. Personally I have the zen and wouldn't change it for anything! so the zen deffinatly gets my vote.

Guy on the xtp was awesome but I couldn't help thinking he needs to get a helmet, or if he has one to wear it ! Very good vid though. :)

Sounds like if you have been running the crank while its loose it has worn the taper, this usual means its time for a new left hand crank unfortunatly.

With nearly all trials geo in the UK it would be if you draw a line from both axles, then its how many 'mm' over that, same for dd drop. In the states I think ( on some bmx's aswell ) they do it in inches from the floor.

The most popular hubs would be hope or chris king, if you can afford it then get yourself a king. Hope are very good hubs and last a long time, same goes for the king however they do need more looking after.

If your going for a fixed one then there are a few, echo, onza, viz. Have a look around or use the search. God, you new members are getting more lazy all the time. (Y)

They are good rims, however you do need to build them strong, use good spokes etc. One of my friends had a rear one but the spokes weren't so good and it ended up looking like a mis-shapen egg/heart thingy. So very good rim providing you have good spokes/build.

Winter conditions do put a bit downer on riding, it's not so bad when its cold but soon after things become icey and wet, not good. I'm hardly riding at all now, if I am its on my bmx because the trials bike is broken but still, its december now, only 2 more months of this, give or take, and all will be warmer again.

What brake pads do you use ? Are alot of trials part readily available in the us ? Want to sponsor me with your new 'moment designs' ? :P
