  1. Chrome's simplicity is starting to get on my tits. Yesterday I accidentally deleted the trials-forum thumbnail from the home page. So I went and deleted all my history to reset all the thumbnails. All the thumbnails come back, youtube, gmail etc over time but TF won't show. I suppose somewhere it's been saved that I don't want TF to show up as a thumbnail, I need to know where it's saved to I can delete it and start a fresh. Any ideas?

    Movember

It's real, but certainly not day 3. That's about 3 weeks growth so you all know what you'll have to come on day 21. I just shaved it off, I have potential job interviews coming up, combined with the British accent I don't think the tash would help.
  3. More of a principle thing. UK, USA, either would be good. Well, they're both drugs. Sure different ends of the scale, but still... Tobacco is highly addictive, one of the most addictive drugs bar cocaine and heroin, and alcohol is pretty addictive too. Both much more addictive than marijuana. It's actually the level of addiction that is what makes drugs dangerous as you keep going back for more and suffer from the long term side effects. So yeah whichever way you look at it marijuana is safer than alcohol and tobacco.
  4. I think it's time for TartyMag.
  5. Well it looks like he works up there so I don't suppose he'd be very shock about it.
  6. So that's what you look like. RIP, My childhood teddy was named Jimmy after this guy!
  7. It's snowed here already, but nothing major. Spirit mountain will probably have the blowers going very soon I'd think.

    External Hdd Issues

HTH? I don't think so, the only power supplies I have in the house that are over 12v and/or 2A are the laptop power supplies which I didn't try for obvious reasons, everything else is all under powered.

    External Hdd Issues

This is depressing me now, got a power supply, right voltage, right amp, right polarization. Making a different noise but still no go. Won't even turn on now. And the power supply is making a chirping/clicking sound.

    £67 For A Fixie/ss

Just a cheap bike for the sake of having a bike really, odd shop run, pick up the mail. Seeing as though I can't afford to fork out $2k on a surly snowbike. Seem like it'd be good for some long term slow upgrading to something kind of decent.
  11. It's for the mother in law who's morbidly obese so she needs the lowest ring, and possibly the lowest ring only so it's not that big of a deal that it can't changed back down because it won't be needed to be changed up, but i think it's worked its self lose now and seems to change between the two ok-ish.

    Ryan Crisp

If there's been 2 previous topics about this guy, how come he hasn't been blacklisted? Seems to me that would have made 3 problems just 1.
  15. I accidentally got my laptop down to a few GB's left of free space, it barely ran. Delete some stuff and that's all you'll probably have to do.
  16. It is a tiny bit loose but not enough to make a difference. Would the angel the the mech make a difference, and the height? Possibly would a new chain help?
  17. I don't get how a longer BB is going to help when then cranks are one piece. A new BB isn't going to change anything.
  18. Just bought it for $20, it just needed a good tuning up and it's pretty ok. The changer up front seems to be moving fine, even better since I sprayed it with oil.
  19. Looks pretty much like the original BB, so I don't think that would solve anything, plus they're 1 piece cranks.
  20. Can't figure this one out. 3 rings up front, and the chain won't drop down onto the bottom one, it just slips in between the bottom and middle cog. I've adjusted the screws but it's maxed out (unscrewed all the way out) and there's no tension on the cable when it's at it's bottom most. Any ideas?
  21. Well what I was concerned about, now that we've had a internet speed increase up to 10 megabit, that my wireless connection would be actually slower than my network speed. Looking into seeing if i'd be able to stream 1080 stuff on the ps3 wirlessly too.
  22. But that wouldn't tell me the speed in which I'm connected to, but the lowest speed both computers are connected at. Found it! 48mps.
