Well surely they have to charge your card before the goods have been despatched, because what if you get declined? I think they have to physically have the goods first and have the intention of despatching it. Something along those lines.

I don't see what all this hard man talk is meant to prove. Ring the Police, make a statement and it'll all be over with. Taking matters into your own hands will ONLY result in more trouble. Either with him causing more hassle with you, or him getting some mates to cause hassle. People actually listen to the Police and they'll know better than to f**k with you after it. I don't see why any other action needs to be considered? That's ABH, case closed.

Have you been charged for it though? I'm on BT and always go over the limit but never get charged. Has anybody ACTUALLY been charged for going over yet?

For SP2 I just installed it from disc and it went through ok. Probably 'cos I was able to register without having to crack it :lol:

I had NSL Windows Home and I was able to register, activate, and update it without any problem. Which was weird to say the least. I guess you could try? They're not going to send the FBI round are they?

Thats what I thought. I lost £150, Paypal said that it WAS their fault but I still havn't got my money back, and I doubt I will. eBay and Paypal are the same company, yet I still get f**ked? What a bollox company :S
