use a few inches of spoke and a nipple. thread the nipple on to the cut off spoke. put the hose in a vice with the little blocks you get with the bleed kit, or similar. stick the nippled spoke through the barbed fitting and into the hose. then just tap the nipple/barb with a hammer and it'll go in nice and straight thanks to the spoke keeping it straight. i read it on OTN, pics somewhere...

my bands single we just got mixed and mastered. sounds shoddy.

remember that water and oil won't mix. When I prep for a water bleed on an oily brake I usually blow as much oil out as possible with a bike pump. Then I bleed through a few times with water to get any gunk out. Using clean oil is better for the brake, but water feels nicer at the lever.

Might be Trifle, my ska/pop punk band. Only live recordings up at the moment but there should be a 2-track single out in a bit, recorded at the Recordia studio in Varberg, Sweden. Nice Carpet, my first and now dead band. Played with them a few years back when I still lived in Linköping. Jammed with the singer and the bassist a few weeks ago which was cool, but nothing new there. I'm the drummer btw...

bingo. remember, if you sand it you have to continously go to a higher grit paper; the smallest scratch will be visible once polished. prepare to spend ages for a nice finish. personally i'd nitromors the lacquer off and sand as little as possible; the shiny bits are already shiny and won't need much sanding. be lazy about it but still thorough.

i always have music on when i'm at home. use my ipod when leaving the house but i cant study to music. when i dont listen to music i almost constantly have a song in my head and i often groove along with it with my hands and feet which pisses lots of people off...
