Well long winded but you hold F8 when loading windows, go into safe mode. Find the folder and you get more encryption options than you do the way Simon said, but its basically the same thing. The way Simon said is what I do if I need to.

Oki cheers for that Adam. I will purchase a new lever blade soon then. Unless anyone knows where I can get a 2005 TPA from and how to fit it? As the thread on it has threaded somehow :S

Hi I have recently got a new rear wheel (built by tart) Chris King heavy duty ISO. Ive noticed that my magura is also abit weird atm and Im not sure what the problem is. When riding or just settin gup my bike, I adjust the rear magura so the pads are a nice distance, tpa is fully out (as in on) as I've broken it (new 2005 cant be bodged). Pull brake a few times and the pad rubs on one side, (the slave with the connection from lever). At first I thought the CK needed the axle tightning as it suggests in book. So I did this it was abit lose. Didnt occur for about 5 hours, then it came back. Noticed that on the slave where the TPA has most effect (one without the connection from lever) that the piston goes from like 2cm out (as an example not really 2cm out) to like 1cm out then the other piston goes from no cm out to 1cm out. This causes the pad to rub. Is this just a problem with the bleed on my mag as I havent bled it since I bought it. Also does anyone get what im saying? Hard to explain. Cheers for any help Nick

Any cassette is good for trials. I bought a Shimano 105 9spd and took off 3 cogs, added a few sapcers and made a 6 speed cassette. Lookgs good and works fine. Just buy what you can afford anything will work fine. Im running 17-16-15-14-13-12 if your interested.

Geo is: 1090 wheelbase. 385mm chainstays. 72' head angle +20mm bb £280 posted from Tartybikes. My bash etc should have arrived today but Im at school atm and dont knoe yet. Will post pics when its all built.

Cheers for the comments. Im waiting for my lathed 20T bash to arrive to go with my burns. Black forks would go nice actually, that way keep my black bars and as Adam said its +20mm the angle doesnt show it well. Ill take another picture tomorrow (hopefully all parts will arrive) and you can see the BB Rise better. The rear wheel is also going nicely Adam, cheers for that, and the Kings lovely.

Dont comment on the front tyre, I'm aware it needs changing (Y) Also my friend recons the forks should be the same blue, but I am unsure whether it would look good or not.

Well this arrived today from Tarty Bikes. I must say I was very impressed when I received the frame. The welds are nice and neat, better than on my Koxx I think (would have to check against another Koxx though). The chainstays are very strong and don't flex and the paint was a nice finish too. Only one complaint is that on one of my Magura mounts there was some paint which made it hard to get the bolt in at first but was fine afterwards. The frame has no flex it in. I've put most parts on it waiting for new bash and the rear brake is solid (Y) Shall post a picture when its all built up. Nick

What about a Hope CNC XC stem, range of colours like someone said and comes in: 110 x 0deg 110 x 10deg 90 x 0deg 90 x 10deg I am thinking about a 110x10 as I think thats a normalish stem for trials.

Dj Memorial Ride Anyone? 14th May '05 Portsmouth
Nick Garland replied to stuntsbyjon's topic in Member Organised Rides
I cant be bothered to trundle through 12 pages to find this. So what time is the ride 11 at Portsmouth and Southsea? -
I have run rear discs before. Dont Do It !!!!!! They dont feel right for trials, they dont bite enough lock enough or modulate enough. Too easy to hit and just plain nasty for trials. Run a rear maggy set up nicely.

Ok I dont think I explained what I meant. to be honest I dont care what ratio's you are running. I was curious as to what sort of ratio, ie, easy medium or hard, not the actual ratio. As I was thinking about maybe changing my ratio. If you get me. Also what sorta advantages do you get from easy medium or harder ratios?
-
Hi, I was woundering what gearing everyone uses. Not the ratios or anything the type, easy, medium or hard. Those gear ratios in the poll are just an idea so people can guess roughly what theirs is similar to. I am just curious as I used to run 16-14, then changed to 16-13 and found that most of the moves were easier with the higher gear.

Go get WinTasks 5, you can torrent it. Otherwise add me to MSN and I'll send you it, it finds all the programs running, inc spyware and you can see where they are etc, end them and block them etc.

It wears nappies. The new I.E7 which is beta out in June I think is going to have tabbed browsing and half the features Firefox does now. Wonder why Microsoft might be copying a good browser? (Y)"

Damn nice skin guys. Good work. I just popped on oblivious to there being any changes and was pleasantly suprised. Just one thing though, youve done a really nice job on 95% of the skin but theres still a few icons that could do with changing in my opinion. The New Topic, New Poll etc. are still from the old skin. The folders next to the thread names could also do with a change to make it 100% nice. Not so much of a complaint but constructive critisism.
