  1. you don't really need to go for bigger stuff unless you want to, I think if you carry on but just really try and get on top of stuff rather than "accept" just getting to both wheels or hanging the back wheel off the edge of things. I think if you put a little more power in and get stuff confidently to rear wheel it would look a little better, going for bigger stuff would be cool but there would be more chance that you wouldn't get right to the top of walls still.
  2. Reino Unido I'm assuming it's something that Tarty don't have in?
  3. the UK will be called something else in other languages, find out what language the site is and search what they call our country.
  4. It always amuses me when people say higher bars are "worse" for rear wheel use. Trials bikes are NOT hard to back hop, especially if it has such a short back end and high bb as the Echo 24". I am a big fan of high front ends, they are more comfy when actually riding, they usually make the rider more stylish (as they can just lift the front up rather than have to use pedal strokes and they are not riding around with their back flat to the floor) and they generally feel a lot nicer.
  5. Editing seemed good and riding was pretty controlled however the one thing that would have made it that little bit better for me is if you were to put a little more effort into some of the moves. I don't mean that in a slating kind of way, I mean in places rather than just accepting being able to go to both wheels with (what looks like) minimum effort, it would be nice to see a little more aggression and have to go to rear wheel (like the hooks and wheel swap off the wooden board). But yeah, a little more aggression would really make a difference I think.
  6. looks cool, I hope you really enjoy it.... ....but too old for trials? That's a lie if ever I saw one.
  7. bold claims...... Have you been to any world rounds?
  8. If the stem was oversized, it would bottom out before it clamped down on the bars so the bars would just flop around in the clamp. The bars are too big for the clamp size, so on this stem the bars aren't in the clamp properly and the bolts are sticking out by miles. In related news: This is a very bad idea.
  9. Does it do it with a normal tube in? Kenda DH tubes are absolutely massive, so it could possibly be the tube bulging in a weird way, then pushing the tyre out a bit more?
  10. yeah running perhaps wasn't the best thing to chose, but you get the idea
  11. another fact, my mum was also a runner.....I put a stop to that!
  12. "I'm just off out to practice my running techniques, today I'm going to concentrate on putting one foot in front of the other and see if I can get any better at that" Interesting fact, my dad was a top uk marathon and fell runner back in the day, had one of the quickest marathon times in the uk and junk.
  13. nothing stopping you doing dirt jumps on an Inspired
  14. to me training is when you do another activity to help with the one you want to pursue. Like if I was a runner I might train by swimming, plyometrics, gym and stuff. I know that it can be classed as training to actually go running, but you don't really need to learn as much with running, you just need to get fitter and stuff. Personally I would see it closer to "practising", I would rather call it that as that's pretty much what you do, you go out and practice gaps or sidehops and stuff, it sounds weird in my head saying "I'm going out to train my gaps". If I was to train for a comp I would go running, go to the gym, stuff like that, then I would go out and practice the actual techniques.........sounds way better in my head like that.
  15. The Black Angles, Black Keys, Dead Meadow, Blur, Radiohead, Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros, but mainly the Black Angels
  16. yeah grinder or dremmel..... ......you WILL snap them though.
  17. You have obviously missed all the recent trials videos I have said I have liked then. Shit filming of slow riding in shit clothes with shit shouting does not good video make.
  18. things I liked about this video: 1) it was sunny 2) I like pine trees 3) some big tricks 4) some interesting graffiti some things I didn't: 1) tights 2) "praying mantis" hand position 3) sidehops 4) shouting 5) it's in France 6) Monty frame 7) orange shoes That is all
  19. can't really get a tyre further away from what you ordered and tyres worse for street riding. However they are amazing for riding in mud and grass.
  20. no benefits over a decent pair of normal forks would be the main reason we see no triple clamp forks I should think.

    that was very cool!
  22. I find it a little odd that people will run parts that either scare them or limit the moves they can do through risk of snapping them. My advice...... get something you have confidence in, it will help you mentally and mean you'll be more confident when riding helping to push you to bigger better stuff. Light weight parts can be good, but not at the expense of injury or holding back your riding.
