  1. HAHA Kyle is just a wannabe and thinks all my spares are his too
  2. Concrete blocks don't move... and compulsory or not, most of them ditch their helmets on the alpine climbs to help them cool more efficiently.
  3. Yes but TdF competitors don't normally have to face pickup trucks on their descents...
  4. I've got a new grind now Mike Will check 'em out tomorrow.
  5. £35 7" steerer Disc only Bit scratched since it's a spray job.
  6. Should be able to make this Got some sprayed black Echo Urbans? They're just before the steerers got ridiculously thick so are nice and light

If it's a road bike do excuse them, the majority of cycle paths are f**king shite to ride when on 23C tyres. I was getting off a Virgin train the other day with the bike storeroom in the front, I let all the people get out the carriage first since I'm courteous like that and followed the last guy. The people outside were so impatient to get on the train some guy ended up getting a faceful of TryAll Stiky I do that so often and it never works. I'll start doing it then realise they haven't taken the hint and you have to try and figure out what the f**k they've been talking about for the 20seconds you were ignoring them for... The missus always catches me out doing it Riding on footpaths is definitely not cool, I've done it many many times when I used to XC alot but whenever I got caughtout you just have to be apologetic and accept that you are in the wrong (by law!). You then have the moral high ground and full right to go f**king ballistic when some twat makes you stop on a fast trail that you have every right to be hammering through at IWILLBREAKYOURFACEIFYOUDONTGETOUTMYWAYmph. On the moving away from University side, my gf lives at home for Uni and she's loaded! lol It's not really her money but she's got plenty for a car/insurance now. Horses have the same intelligence as a tropical fish but a ridiculously good memory. Means they get spooked by the most random things, my gf's mum's horse frequently gets scared by buckets...
  8. So it could be even more important to set a good example!?
  9. Looks like a great show you guys put on. I think what you're doing is great. HOWEVER I really think you guys should be wearing helmets. When you're in a position where you are pretty much a role model to potential riders I think it's important to promote that sort of thing.
  10. It's a different Trials-UK
  11. Brilliant day even if I didn't get much riding done! Big thanks to Mike for lending me a tyre
  12. Revising for an engineering maths exam again It's going much better this time though!
  13. so...? What? lol That's why I suggested the Skype account, pretty sure you can make cheap calls to UK phones anywhere in the world if you set up an account. (Hassle I know but if you're going to be ordering from the UK often maybe it's something you should consider?)
  14. It's reasonable in that it's less than DHL's own site suggests it should cost!!! Look at the tariff I linked to, that's the price DHL have given. I'm assuming you used RM not a courier? Given the postage isn't cheap, perhaps unreasonable, but it doesn't seem to be Dan's fault... Do you have a Skype account? You could perhaps phone him using that?
  15. Given the quality of MBUK I don't think many people here would buy it anyway! Trial magazine could be a different matter however! I also suspect it's on a somewhat smaller scale than MBUK and therefore their profit/loss margins are very delicate! If you want to see it guys, go buy the magazine, it can only be good for our sport if lots of copies get out when it features trials like this! It will encourage them to do more articles and help the sport grow! Sorry about all the !s
  16. Just seen Ben Savage in here but looks as if he's decided not to reply...
  17. 30 seems pretty reasonable? How else does the forum propose zoster pay for the shipping?
  18. Don't he'll only get fat and break his Doritos frame. I'd like to but I don't think there's a lift available now, and I'm too lazy/skint to get a train all the way to Leicester from Cheltenham...
  19. And people will still buy the Koxx one I'll bet! Crazy.

    Deonn...gu..2

If you can find someone with the video (I had it on my external hard drive til it went tits up) maybe you could cut those out of the video and repost it?
  21. You're probably right, when you think about it the stress isn't acting to stretch/compress the corner unlike if (for some crazy reason) you had diamonds instead of squares.
  22. Where have the immense original brakes gone Those forks are fecking hench haha
