Not meaning to sound like a cocky twat but you asked this question on here, which took 7 hours and 21 minutes to get a correct reply, rather than just measuring the hole that's in your frame or failing that one of the bolts you've used on these other boosters you've tried. Unless you've not got/can't work a ruler you've probably spent more time replying in here than it would have to just go and measure it for yourself.
-
Clearly the standard size isn't what you need. If standard sized boosters don't fit your frame you might be better off measuring your frames width, none of us can tell you that.

Ever Bought Something For You Bike And Found It Shit?
Krisboats replied to Matt Vandart's topic in Trials Chat
KMC black and silver chains. Last one i bought snapped 4 times in 30 minutes of riding (not counting fixing time between) and got thrown away. Tensile bubblegum brake pads. Also lasted about 30 minutes. -
Bumperino, anybody still do this then? Got working internet now.

Its an oxymoron, go back to school boy. Speaking of being clever, good choice on bringing negative attention to yourself after having a banned account... bye bye

I'm gonna let you in on a well known internet secret. Sticky out tongue smiley at the end of a trolling sentence denotes intended humour, in this case sarcasm. Maybe you've been on myspace too much (light hearted joke... seeing as your new to this, kid).

TGS isn't shit, it plays a very vital role of making the truly innovative and talented riders look even more amazing

Jealous much? As we talked about yesterday, the BASICS are easy to grasp in a few weeks. Hell i reckon most of it would be covered in a single session if you went with someone half decent at it. Most the things you were explaining i was getting in the first few attempts and that was just a quick session round town in one evening. the more speed = grip on the wall kicky bounce thing especially. But then that's not the basics... which is what we were on about. 10ft is easily intermediate territory. It won't take more than a couple of weeks to master basic gaps, hangs and small drops along with a bit of styling. Then obviously everything after that will be progressive like in any sport. That's the same for practically every sport. If you don't dedicate time to it you won't progress, and obviously other commitments take up this time.
-
Of course its not. There's no reason whatsoever to suggest that. Your body isn't even fully developed at that point so you'd be limiting the sport to a load of people who won't be physically capable of doing certain things for a good few years. Its not like there's a massive amount to learn like there is in trials riding. There's no external influences, aka bikes and you don't have multiple mechanical things to time together like brakes and crank turns. Most people know how their hands work and know how to run so a few weeks sees most of the basics being sorted. I went out with flipp a few months back for one evening and i managed to grab hold of a rooftop that he'd been trying for years... at this point i was 21. If i'd done it when i was 15 i wouldn't have been tall enough to get it as easily and would have lacked the strength to pull myself up because i was a nerdy little kid.

New processor would definitely speed it up, but changing the processor in a laptop is usually a bit complex. Depending on the chipset for the processor it might be quite tricky/unjustifiably expensive to buy a new one rather than just getting a new laptop altogether. Getting more ram is a lot easier as they usually have a dedicated panel to simply undo on the base of the laptop. This would result in faster loading times for both the operating system and general applications and would allow you to have more open applications without the entire system seeming to get "bogged down". Getting a solid state hard drive would DRASTICALLY increase the load times of your computer and your files, but it comes at a fairly drastic cost as well as its a fairly new mainstream product.

Components You Have Been Thoroughly Pleased With?
Krisboats replied to Ash-Kennard's topic in Trials Chat
30" onza carbon risers Burns and ti bash homemade tensioner pro2 khe collapse Think thats about it, they're the best wearing components i've had really. -
Technically that's not a rule, it's a guideline. If your going to try to look clever at least look at all the possible outcomes. You quite happily put forward that case with it revolving completely around you, but what about the possibly young new members being shown something they want for sale by someone on here and trusting that the auction is good just because they're a member on here. If the money gets sent and the ebay seller doesn't respond paypal might refund them but might not. We have no justification over ebay auctions so there's no recourse for the new member that just got scammed. If we have our classifieds section we have control over a persons account and can aid in getting problems resolved as best we can. Allowing ebay sales that are out of our hands with people who aren't established on here isn't a good plan. As such, no trading is allowed in new members. And if you want something that see's you as the victim what about the paypal payments that bounce after 2 weeks? You've sent the wheel by then but end up with no money. Saying "For Sale/Wanted/Swap threads are not allowed in New Members Chat" is also open to including threads containing posts trading personal items, which includes individuals posts. Whoops
-
Kind of contradictory there and despite how much you think you know about the forum actively encouraging sales with new members is not allowed, for good reason. If it was really being stupid you'd have been warned for it, i thought a simple post edit was more than polite. Advising to look on ebay would have been fine, but blatantly flogging your gear is pushing it a bit. On topic though, christ that's a good snap

No, your not
