The bit in the Bourne Identity when Jason grabs a shotgun and blows up the gas canister to create a giant smoke shield is pretty damn awesome. Oh, and when he kicks ass with a pen and a rolled up magazine. Both of the Bourne movies are full of moments that make me go "HELL YEAH MATT KICK SOME f**kING ASS" The books are good too PS. The third film, Bourne Ultimatum, is coming out soon

Your GFX card is pap, that's what. Other than that statement, maybe your PC is overheating. Overheating causes graphical glitches like that.

You need to use the lasso tool (I prefer the polygonal one) and / or the magic wand to select the area you want to stay coloured / or turn black and white... once you've done that, go up to Image > Adjustments > Hue / Saturation. You can fanny about with the colours in there - 'saturation' is how you make it go black and white, by sliding it down all the way. I'm sure there are more 'pro' methods of doing this and I concur that this 'tutorial' is complete dross but hey... ...woo ...or you could do that
