Yeah its really nice, tis a Hope Mono Trial 180mm. Aye fair enough, each to their own! That's what the ride was really... plus, a customer wanted to see a bit of footage of me on said bike (so he could decide if he wanted one), so it wasn't really a beast of a ride or anything! Just fancied trying the Hope out. The axle/bolt system seems to be a fair bit better too, I'd killed an axle while using a King, and I'm a little scared of giving the bolts full beans cos theyre so light! Cheers Adam

From what I understand, a Japslap is basically a hook without the hook... Hard to explain... Hook: Land both wheels at the same time, endo a little bit to flick the rear wheel up, and then push the rear wheel through. Japslap: Land both wheels at the same time, brakeless, and just fling the bike straight up from there.

Went down to Stoke yesterday for a bit of a ride.
