  1. It wouldn't even be a bodge! We can supply the Profile Mini Cassette Hubs with whatever size sprocket you like, its just that 12T is most common. So, you could get the hub as standard with an 18T, then when you have enough mouey to upgrade your cranks, whack an 18T up front and buy a 12T for the rear - sorted B) Adam Edit: Oops, didn't read what Tom put above... thanks Tom!
  2. From experience.... left a horrible smell in my kitchen too! (Y)
  3. Doesn't work unfortunately. PU is cast/moulded from 2 mixed components usually, and then left to set. Heating it up past its melting point just turns it into gunge.

    Ink Cartridges

I got a refill kit from Asda the other day. £7.92, comes with syringe and other little bits for making necessary mods to the cartridge, 3 x 30ml bottle of black ink (one bottle fills a cartridge), and a bottle of 'flush' (meths) in case. Worked perfectly! Might be worth a look, see if its compatible with your cartridge: http://www.jrinkjet.com For comparison, the cheapest cartridge I could find was £17+, official Lexmark ones are £20!
  5. Sounds about right, often do that when not set up properly. They also get better when they get older - impressive.
  6. Agreed. Your T-Rex has an Internal headset though. www.chrisking.com for the differences. As for warranty - speak to Onza and see what they say. It sounds like you've overtightened your headset though, that usually causes races to crack. I've not had any problems with mine in about 15 months.

    Mavic D321

None of them, although I guess it looks a bit like a squashed Supra MT.
  8. See you there guys! If anyone wants any bits taking, just let us know (Y) Cheers, Adam
  9. We've not got any bikes in stock at the moment, but can get them should you require. Postage on a mod bike is £10 for next working day delivery, and £15 on a stock bike. The reason for the difference is that couriers use 'volumetric pricing' - so a stock bike, being bigger, costs more to post. As for other items - yes, the prices include postage. We feel it makes it easier, since you dont go to 'check out' and find theres a huge postage amount stuck on top of the total! If you order more than one item, the overall price usually comes down too, since postages are combined. Cheers, Adam
  10. The brake itself looked to be working great though - certainly felt good. I agree about the rear wheel however - it was built really poorly with some zinc plated crap spokes, and 2x (Y) Awfully flexy. Nothing to do with the brake though...
  11. I'd recommend a Mono Trial. The mount on the KOT is at +20, so any other brake (that fits) will need a new rotor... however you can get the Hope all ready to fit and go (ie. a 180mm rotor supplied instead of the 160 it would be normally). Plus, with EBC now working on red pads (following a tip off courtesy of a certain shop (Y) ), it can be even better! Dani Comas seems to get on with his alright too... If you wanna wait a bit and see what its like Toby, I'll be getting a rear disc-ed KOT up and running as soon as I've got all the relevant bits together. Adam
  12. That's why it'll have been skipping then. Evolution know jack about trials!

    Hub Broke

Well the bolts screw into the axle around 25mm each end when using a 110mm spaced frame... so theyre gonna support the axle a lot.

    Hub Broke

I'm not sure, but the extra flex can't be a good thing. Theres a fair bit more moment on that part of the hub when extending tha axle. What grade of alloy did you use for the axle? The Profile guys are away til Monday at Backyard Jam btw :P
  15. Is the spring in correctly? I had that when my spring had popped out a bit and was catching the rotor...

    Hub Broke

Not on hubs which aren't modified from 110mm spaced axle to 135mm spaced...
  17. Sorry, that pics the one where Aust didnt make it. The other one I have was taken too early, so looks even worse - but Aust did make it up UCI clean, landing back wheel first and then putting front down. Ben was riding the Giaco frame, +10bb, the stem was something he's playing about with - didnt seem to do him any harm!!
  18. That is f**king quality, hahah ^_^ Should have said 'that'll repair them' though...
  19. Cool, cheers for clearing that up Mike ^_^
  20. It is indeed. 7005-T6 to be exact.
  21. Balls to you then :) Wonder what happened to Dani's trolley... ^_^
  22. Hahaha! ^_^ Pic was taken by Julien, Jason!
  23. Matt Staples riding a mod like he'd been riding it forever, and enough style to go round everyone? Yeah thats right :) Cool pics Julien, good to see you again! ^_^ Adam Edit: Wristbands ahoy!
  24. You'll be needing a 68x124 or 68x127.5. FSA do a readily-available Platinum Pro DH ISIS 73x127.5, which you can use a spacer to convert it to 68. Cheers, Adam
