didnt f**k up my threads they threads were like that when i got the cranks (bought 2nd hand)

yeah had a good look at the crank threads and they are f**ked so am gona send them back cheers fer hely guys

yeah iove copper greased it and gave the threads a bit of a clean its a pain in the arse freehweels.

ok got my freewheel this morning started putting it on it was quite stiff( expected after reading the news thread) anyway carried on and when it got too stiff i shoved the crank in a vice and wrapped a chain round the freewheel and used that to tighten it, now its about half way on but wont budge any further any ideas? or any one else with this problem?

ok so i went out and tried it this morning it kept starting and then stopiing after about ten seconds maybe more, is this maybe not enough air? or not enough fuel going into it? any help is appreciated.

i dnt mean to sound like an ass, but i was in the same boat except didnt stay with her, and wasnt with her as long (1 year n 4 months) but when i finished it for pretty much the same reason i regreted it after words (for a bit im fine now) as it wasnt till after i realised i didnt have her how much i loved her, i hope you get on ok and things go good for you

ok bit of help please after getting a glow start from rob i got my car working (it was fixed by a guy my dad knows who races them) anyway i was determined not to thrash it as soon as i got it so i used it for a bit first then i put full revs later on it went high up in the revs as they do (eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee noise ) sorta stayed at that revs then went even further (wasnt expecting it) (EEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!) then it just sorta cut out and stopped, now it wont start, what have i done?

i dont know i liked them but now i got a better disc they seam to flex a fair lot when i oull the brake on im starting to get worried lol

ok well if you can do one by doing it that way then just keep at it, maybe lean back more as backhops are used imo to keep you from falling of the back so if you lean further back you should be able to fit more hops in if that makes sense?
