Oooh you also play fly half, this is very odd. Im trying to bulk up to move to flanker though, woot. If you have a look to build up bulk you need different excercises to the ones required for strength building

Im the same height and am half a stone lighter then you. I have the opposite problem, my upper body is so weak but my legs are huuuge. No idea what ive done to get my legs so big, working on my arms atm
