  1. It was a bit of a police magnet As for banded steelies It' CLEARLY all about the banded spacesavers!!!!
  2. Saw that at GTI International 2006, was talking to the owner, the side panel bit has gold flowers all over it - used lace as a stencil Well, although I keep posting these nice pics of my cars up, my current ride looked Like that for about 2months 'cause I couldn't be arsed to sort it out Mates old E30 was Hoodridetastic though (especially with my wheels on it!)
  3. The first mk4 I've seen worth looking at twice.. Not bad..
  4. Buy a nice little Onza or something Then buy It's educationtastic!
  5. Ehhhh pith hith ith ith ith ith ith, pith ith ith, hith ith ith.
  6. Lets put my old dubs on here aswell then, why not ^Pretty much just drove it straight to the scrappy ^crashed and bent the chassis ^worst car of all time ^best car of all time, but a rusty heap of crap ^ My first car 'Jolfa'
  7. That forum is shiiiiiiiit! Nobody has a clue on there, unless you want to learn how to polish a car... otherwise it's "where can I buy..?" either VW, ECP, GSF or eBay the same place you buy every other VW part from "Will these wheels look good?" You tell me?! Do YOU like them?!?!! "Whats the smallest tyre i can fit on my 17x12's?" Just stretch a BMX tyre on it, everyone else does, it's perfectly safe apparently "where do I put the petrol in?" CGTI is 1000x better
  8. *hug smiley here* Best thing to do mate, go out, have fun like you wanted, don't give yourself too much time to sit and think about it, spend as much time as possible with friends Easier said that done, but hey ho you just get on with it, plenty more fish 'n' all that...
  9. I just made them myself in metalwork when I was at school, really very easy, thread's a bit of a dodgy one though iirc...
  10. What's that got to do with the price of bacon? I ride right foot forward and have snapped more than I care to remember Best solution I ever came up with - Use your old one as a template to make one out of steel, costs pence if anything at all and you can bend them back into shape
  11. For the first 6 months it takes a lot of waxing, banding, general tidying.. Otherwise they just fall to pieces and look utter crap Now if it starts to smell/itch - I wash it, if my roots start to come loose - I reband it/trim them, if they start going dull and crappy looking - I rebleach them Otherwise maintainance free, no combing, no brushing, and definitely no straightening
  12. Get growing then, I've been growing it for 6 years! Tunnel's are 13mm - they didn't have the silicone ones I wanted in 12
  13. Can anyone recommend a decent eye shadow to go with my GHB's? Christ fella's straightening for an occasion... Maybe, but every day?! HA! Get some proper cool hair Awwwww yeah!
  14. Meh, I never sleep 'til at least 4:30 But then I seldom wake up before 2pm, I ought to sort myself out one day really
  15. My best turtle face right there!
  16. Theres one in Sawley just near Notts/Derby... But it's wank
  17. Ok, words - eaten But I'm sure even modern frames still crack eventually..? Obviously new frames will always be better, lighter, stronger thats evolution, but it doesn't mean the older stuff is shit and not even worth glancing at! Give it 8 or so years, see how many bad reviews of the present Echo's and GU's and more modern bikes are floating around on the net..
  18. I didn't say they don't crack did I? No frame is invincible! Just never heard of or seen one crack, please feel free to show me some
  19. No, because everyone wants 'modern' bikes So I take it you never have had experience with one? I can't say I ever heard of one cracking (maybe because I've not been in touch with the scene for 6 years, I dunno ) But I've seen these frames take some serious thrashing and are still going now! Talk to anyone who's ever had one and they'll rave about them!
  20. What makes you say that? Ever ridden one? Know anyone who's had one? I've never heard a bad review of an Orange Zero, just because they havn't got a 2" frame doesn't make them crap!
  21. *looks for clapping smiley* errrr *claps* well said!
  22. Ok having had a bit of a measure... I need 94BCD cranks to use the 'ard guard.. Bugger. 110 is standard, 94 is compact
  23. Smashing, cheoz The eBay listing says they're 110 BCD... Now I'm confused Why won't my bash fit/how did Mr Hawyes have the very same bash on the very same cranks?!
