    Pad Bodge?

Well the brake feels rather spungey, but had a fresh water bleed not long before it got stolen. I'll bleed it tomorrow, but I'm still thinking the lever will come close to the bars...

    Pad Bodge?

As many of you may already know, I got my bike back today. I put my new wheel on, and my back brake doesn't feel as nice. It locks and everything, but the lever comes too far for my liking. And the tpa is all the way, and the cylinders are a s close to the rim as possible. I think it need a bleed too. Also, the pads (Plaz) are hardly worn, so I don't want to buy new pads. Got no money I've seen people attach other backings to their current pads, but I think that'll be too much? Could try it though... Any more ideas? EDIT: Changed topic title slightly
  3. I'll whack up a recent pic of my one sometime...this'll do for now... http://img246.imageshack.us/my.php?image=dsci00161lr.jpg

I'm having to scroll down too. Same res' as Simon. Too many black and white pictures for my liking, They look good and all, but a bit of colour on the ones like 'Life' wouldn't go a miss
  5. If your hub is the sealed one (like the old T-Mags have) Then keep that. Good, strong hubs. Depends what youe budget is really... I know you said money is no object, but there must be a limit? ISIS or Sq taper? What length?
  6. Not argueing/starting or anything..just curious.. How does that work?
  7. ohhh, my bad. I thought the T-Vee had the 4bolt mounts too Sorry guys
  8. Just been trying some now. Only made about 20" over a bar.. Which isn't bad considering I haven't rode a bike in a month Just Practice
  9. If you have the money - CK If not, Profile From my experiance with front freewheels, they work well (I had an ACS) surprisingly enough, it didn't come loose for me (loose when I got bike back), and skipped a few times, but nothing major. Only bad thing is, is that they're always hungry and love eating jeans, work trousers, school trousers etc. Just got my profile on today, and it is looovvvvveeeeellllllyyyy. It's second hand, so it's already bedded in. But from brand new they do skip, but once they've made themselves at home, they're fine But if you go for a frontfreewheel, go for the Trials ENO. 72ep reverse thread lockring ACS's are ok, as long as you coat it in WD40 etc, and locktite the lockring It's your choice.

  12. Yes, but it's the same frame! Just one has T-vee and different paint on it!
  13. Different name, same frame Quote from Onza.com:
  14. The T-Vee's can run 19" wheels with a Magura. My T-Bird did anyway...
  15. Just does to me. My opinion.
  16. eh? Who said anything about a disc?
  17. If you take out the 'Chris King' bit, it looks cheap
  18. It could do But you won't be able to buy the rim, and it magicaly builds itself. You'll have to send your wheel to them, then buy the rim and spokes, or just buy a whole new wheel. Plus if the brake doesn't work, a Magura will fit fine
  19. Remember, we have to download it, stop whatever else we're doing to watch it, then remember to reply here! *Will edit when I've watched it *
  20. Yeah I have a data cable. But it's saying the file size is too big And I just deleted all the games on my phone to try and install it!
