  1. The front wheel looks so small because I can't use the camera properly and took the photo at a 'shonky' angle.
  2. I think everyone was a bit wonky to start with. You'll soon sort it out though - "practice, practice, practice" Are you getting in to the hop from an endo and then rocking backwards or are you pedal kicking to the back wheel?
  3. I decided it was time to "hop" on the bandwagon. Slate away... Avid SL front brake 517 front rim / hope ultralight hub Echo / Chris king HD rear wheel Middleburn cranks / Surly cog / Rohlhoff tensioner HS33 with magura braided hosing and koxx reds Zoo bars + atomz stem Urban forks Hope Headset Michelin front and rear tyres
  4. The old skylines are a bit saucy. I own an ep82 Starlet, loads of fun, I do prefer the older rear wheel drive ep71s though.
  5. My friends clio did a similair thing and it turned out that the wiring harness had been rubbing on a metal case and had shorted out. It was travelling fine then slowed to a halt with no mechanical "bad" noises or warning lights.
  6. I am toying with fitting a four point harness to my car and was wondering if someone could clear up a few issues. Which types of harnesses are road legal? Which will pass an M.O.T. ? Are there any specific laws relating to harness use/seat belt removal? thanks

They've been hiding in the layby that way a few times now. I go that way every day, you should be fine as long as you were doing less than 80ish. The one to watch for on that stretch of road is a little further on by mcdonalds as there is often a car on the slip road hiding behind the trees

  11. I've just re-installed my original ford 5000RDS stereo and it will not accept the keycode in the manual. Anyone have any ideas why the code is being rejected or know if there is a generic code that can be used? Thanks.
  12. Im in need of roughly a months car insurance but am struggling to find a company that will insure under 21s (I am 19). Could any of you recommend a company that can help?

  16. http://www.woollyhatshop.com/view_product.php?id=731 I really wouldn't bother with it on a trials bike, it moves around something silly even on a xc bike.

    Live Earth

Found it a bit odd that something aimed at reducing the effect of global warming etc involved lots of electricity+planes moving people about and encouraged people to have their televisions on for ages. On the other hand spinal tap and big bottom ruled
  18. just over 50 miles there and back each day.
  19. 22/18=1.2222 18/1.2222=14.7275 So run a 15 tooth for the closest match to 22:18
  20. Surly cogs need a lot of chain wrap to stop them skipping, maybe the tensioner just won't allow enough of the chian to be in contact with the cog.
  21. Very good riding but I didn't really enjoy the video. Music was iffy and a few moves were faded away before you landed.
