i got a rear 04 lever in black... only used it for a few days.... got some scratches... £20.

not everyones having problems with the hubs though, whats the point in hope changing everyones if some of them are still fine?!?!?!?!?! if people have problems with them, THEN send them back and get the new version.... thats how i think it should be done. i dont know why hope didnt get someone worthy of testing them in the first place, so issues like this could be sorted before they got put into production. its pretty obvious that who ever was testing the hub wasnt doing any good.

they need to sort the bearings out in the freehub and then they will be awesome.

apparently arm pump is because of fitness rather than strength/muscle size. im getting pretty strict on my fitness, food and work out wise. i have never really had problems with armpump though. just did that open and closing hand thing that janson said, and fork me thats hard for such little effort:p...

we watched some facked up film last night... was old school and the creater got arrested cause it was so nuts. was about tribs in the african woods or what ever and they were kannibals, and there are some documentry makers that went and filmed them, but they were wierd and did strange things that dont happen in everyday life like kill loads of the trib in this hut by setting it alight, and rape this women and kill her and say its a trib thing.... but the trib people are also wierd and eat people, chop peoples noobs off, bury babies in mud, stone people to death, and shove mud up a womens fanny and then continue to hit her over the head with a stone... was a pretty daft film to be fair. i wouldnt wanna come face to face with cannibals to be honest.
