    Films!?

The imitation game http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2084970/ that was extremely good I would recommend it for sure
  2. I get what you mean and you can be strong in so much different ways aswell I m a huge fan of combat sports, and it's so interesting to see how fighters uses leverage and skill to deliver ultra strong strikes, throws and submissions the same goes for trials riding, climbing, parkour etc I do like to vary my training as much as possible. power lifting, olympic weightlifting, bodyweight, gymnastics, running, bicycle etc I would also love to start mma or any other fighting sports I like how you have pushed you riding for instance I m sure you're pretty strong and explosive but you're riding seem so smooth and effortless that's the main goal for me being efficient and of course, with style
  3. good work, 120 x 4 is very good and yeah, bodyweight exercices and flexibility are soo cool as I mentionned before, muscle ups! I wouldn't say so but I m very focused on perfecting the skills and it takes really long if you go big too early, yeah...injuries for sure
  4. props on those deadliest Haz! this week, I ll try a 85kg clean&jerk not gonna be easy but I think I can make it I ll film it I can every sunday morning is running time for me this morning, 20k in the woods can't feel my legs now but happy anyway https://connect.garmin.com/modern/activity/714009606/share/0

  8. Must read now http://markmanson.net/not-giving-a-f**k#orlQsK:9zPa
  9. depends what you re looking for it is actually a lot of fun plus I personaly want to be well rounded I love powerlifting and olympic weight lifting but I don't just want to be stronger I want good cardio, I want good mobility/motricity, I want to be fast, etc there's dudes at my gym, real monsters. Super strong huge muscles dudes I m like wtf I look so weak now then they "try" to do a few burpees, or to run, or something else and they look just silly it looks so hard to them they seem tired and clumsy I don't want that each his own I guess
  10. this some very "bad" vids are best to learn skills from super slowmo is blessed but yeah not the best vid for sure
  11. well it depends how you do it I swing like a madman and the pop comes pretty much only from the hips You can also do it with strictform which is somehow possible if you re insanely strong and not too heavy there are also some people to go inbetween they don't swing but just raise the knees explosively then follow with the hips and then the arms

    Films!?

Hunger games 3 not bad, but I m a bit tired of those movies that comes by 3,4 or 5 parts it does feel more like like a TV show than an actual movie Identity thief loved it big fan of Jason Bateman and Melissa McCarthy
  13. muscle ups are fun but yeah, if you re heavy, you may find these hard to get Just f**ked up my neck in the gym yesterday was so pissed now I have to wait a few days for the pain to go away can't lift, can't ride my bike just pissed
  14. saw this earlier today Benito ross is one of the few rider that I can watch in slowmo without getting bored I mean what the f that's some insane pop And I LOVE how his front wheel just gently roll on the very edge on those enormous bunny ups
  15. biggest bench was around 70kg biggest squat (parallel) 130kg (did 100kg deep) biggest deadlift was 135kg and it was "easy" but very bad form and I injured my back what about muscle ups? I can do a few, but with a big swing I was able to do 3 or 4 for in a row now I m happy If i can make two Here's one of my first ever, was so happy trained for weeks to make it happen
  16. nicely done wtf? are you a bear or something? that's some good numbers!
  17. IMO it's the opposite as you grow older, you'll need some hobbys to keep busy and happy life seem more stressfull and depressing with age (I m 30) having fun is the best way to spend your free time, whatever it is you have a gift and a passion for trialsriding that's what's important as you said it's 1000 times better than soccer or beers every 2 min

    Films!?

IRON SKY what the f... that was sooo bad AMERICAN SNIPER pretty decent HOW TO KILL YOUR BOSS 2 quite good but not as much as the first one
  21. I did 10 reps of 40kg today wasn't easy but I got it I ll try 45kg next time I m 173cm/5feet8 and at the moment 77kg don't have big arms/shoulders/pecs but I ve got big legs i ve done around 1year of crossfit in a shitty gym, but I had to stop because I injured my shoulder(tendon tear) I ve been doing crossfit again now in a way better gym for 3 month(2month break because of injury) besides the f**ked up shoulder, my lower back and my knees were shot too overtraining=worst shit ever duno about the bodyfat I would say around 15% 80% diet 20% work out watch what you eat edit: didn't ment that in a bad way but if you're close to your natural bodywheight and not extremely fat It's harder to loose those last pounds of fat so just working out without changing your diet may not work depends on the person though good luck
  22. I ll try today if I can about the shoulders. Just lift a weight which is light enough that you can keep perfect form. 80kg is quite a lot already if you re new to it the big problem with the deadlift is that you can lift A LOT without proper form and don't notice right away that you injure yourself in the process. and if you really want to lift heavy, then don't do long reps better have 2 perfect heavy reps, than 8 with bad form about the hands. same as trials riding, it gets stronger with time. I do use cream on my hands when the skin is too thick and dry. dealfits hurt hands, they a re a grip killer. the worst is mixing deadlifts with pull ups. just not nice
  23. My face while watching this insane!
