  1. Aright guys. Basically, there's gonna be a good few lads heading up to Alton Towers on Friday the 3rd. 'Cause it's just before they close, it's only £12, and all the major rides are gonna be open. So erm, put it in your diaries and come! Will now be held on Friday the 3rd of November. There will be less people there on the friday, thus much more fun!

    Oooo Nooo

Give info@chrisking.com a shout, and let them know. They should sort it, and you'll have the option of paying to upgrade to a HD axle & bolts. (Cant remember the exact price off the top of my head) Either way, they will replace it. Or at least the tens of axle's I've warrantied for customers have been! Mike.
  3. Try here Sorry that was absolutely no help Dave, but you will get it sorted. From what I've heard, Nikon are OK regarding warranties. Mike.
  4. Erm, I really wouldn't bother - couldn't imagine it holding too well. Removing the old pads is a doddle, and once you're confident at it, cutting new pads doesn't take too long at all, so I'd say it's hardly worth it! Mike.
  5. The way I do it, which provides an efficient, and reliable fitting is to: 1) Ensure you've got: Bench ViceDecent HacksawNarrow chisel(if possible, a really rough file)2) Put the backings in the vice, and hammer and chisel the little "posts" out 3) Cut the material down into 10*12*50mm bits 4) Put the material in the vice, with 4mm showing out (length ways), and so it's 10mm "wide", (ie the vice is 10mm apart, not 12) 5) Using the saw, cut 1mm in from the edge length ways, 4mm down, ensuring it's dead straight, and not curved 6) Cut flush with the top of the vice, so you end up with the long "corner" cut out. 7) Do the same on the other side, use the backing before you cut the 2nd side to see how far "inwards" you need to cut. (Cut not enough, rather than too much!) 8) Do the same on the ends 9) Using the saw, cut out the middle bit (where the clip is), this needs to be 2mm deep, not 4mm like the edges 10) Use superglue/epoxy resin to glue them in, leave them in the vice to dry 11) Enjoy! Mike.
  6. I've got some 22t square burns you could use for the day Joe. And I'm sure a UN53 bb will be readily available! Lemmi know. Can't wait.
  7. I'm there. Should be a nice crew from the worcester area too.
  8. You're on the right track. I'm assuming you're using photoshop yeah? As you've done, paste all the photos in, as seperate layers, and ensure they're completely lined up with oneanother. The way I'd do it is to have the last picture, as the very bottom layer, then click the little toggle thing, which makes the layer invisible - do that to all but the bottom two layers. Now, select the 2nd bottom layer, then go onto layer > layer mask > reveal all. Then, use a black paint brush, (use an apropriate size), and paint the areas where you don't want that layer, so bring all of the bottom layer through. Then, make the next layer up visible, and do the same, etc etc. If you paint over an area too far, then just make the brush white, and re-paint over it. (Whenever you're doing this, you'll need to ensure the layer mask bit is selected - the little rectangle next to the thumbnail of that layer) It works! Mike.
  9. Yeah there's that one, between the airport and the city centre, and also the VTT trial club, in southwest paris. Both are excellent!
  10. Erm, my hope braided hosing uses olives...
  11. Patt, we'll be heading up to braken if you wanna make an appearence. :wink2:
  12. I've been using only wd40 for a long time, and haven't had any troubles.
  13. The 1st thing that sprung to my mind, was to simply remove the rest of the bolts, and then just rotate it using the rotor...
  14. Lookin' tip top Joe! Best get some riding done on it now!
  15. Oh my. Literally stunning, fair play buddy. Will catch up for another shoot sometime soon. Btw, a gate!!
  16. You'd be able to use it with a 225mm rotor. :wink2: http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=3488
  17. The brake is for a rear 203mm mount, but it's damn cheap - no others at that price. The mount from wiggle, should be 203mm front? It doesn't say on the site actually, hmm..
