not really, the labtec range of 5.1 speakers are really nice with a decent sub/amp, and they're under fifty quid. i had a set of them before i got my big ones.

i don't know about the others but i didn't use any skinning program. google "patched uxtheme.dll" and "The Replacer".

To be honest, if you're thick enough to download this_is_porn.avi.zip.exe, you deserve what you get. Only download files that have the right file type (.wmv, .avi, .mpg ect.)
