The new bars and stems haven't arrived in the UK yet - but don't worry, as soon as they're available as spares we'll have them! The new tyres have arrived, but we're having some broadband problems at the moment so haven't been able to update the site for a while (this dial-up stuff is soooo slow!). Keep watching if you're interested, or give us a call.

Monty Salmon Wall tyres ... we sold the last ones about 4 years ago! Don't make them any more, sorry.

After reading this post I thought I'd better give this freewheel a try! A brand new Monty isis crankarm and a brand new Try-All freewheel from stock ... it screwed on perfectly, first attempt, without any tightness at all.

Mick - you're the one with the TV in his van! The match starts at 4pm doesn't it? You'll have finished observing by then!

The Monty 2007 Ti's will be here in about a month ... just in time for those sponsored riders to take to the World Championships. There'll then be a small release in about September/October, and into full availability about November/December. At least that's what usually happens!

Tell the parents not to worry - there'll be quite a few of us oldies about, just to come and join us!

We do have red braided hose. It's the red plastic hose that we don't have any more.

Wheels, handlebars and brakes help a lot !!!! Seriously, at TykeTrial we're not bothered what you have on your bike - as long as you wear a helmet and long-trousers - it's only at the official British Championship rounds that you have to comply with the bike spec rules.

Venue; toilets; food; and sunshine all arranged - don't forget the sun cream! Entry forms are being sent out this week - but don't forget everyone THIS IS A PRE-ENTRY EVENT ONLY. Barbara

Whatever route you start on you can change route up to having done three sections - so if you start on white and find it's too easy, come back to control and we'll change you to blue (or the other way round). Please ALWAYS hand your punchcard in at control - even if you're retiring - it saves us waiting around to do the results thinking that you're still riding the sections! Barbara
