i'm a dual disc stock rider, i'm rocking 203mm rotor on the rear, and 185mm rotor on the front, using avid bb7s and sd7 levers. silly powerfull, works in all weather(SP?) although i'm mad paranoid about my brake slipping out it rarely does. the power is stupid. just take time to bed them in. bomb down hills and drag your brake so it's silly hot then pour water on it

theres a guide for maintaining an eno in the faq section, has pictures and everything. there not the same product but have similar internals, it'll put you in the right direction though

eno. there dead easy to service, you may think it's shit you have to tinker with them fairly often but theres something good about the first ride after you've cleaned and re-oiled in cause it sounds a little sharper and its a bit more confidence inspiring. try-alls havent been so great in my experiance you seem to get to much for your money if that makes sence. Eno's are worth it in the long run 'cause you only have to replace parts if something breaks instead of the whole unit. which is always good

pussy, i did 6 miles in 35 minutes on my trials rig last weekend. a miles not too far on mod or stock. being truthful + honest, you wont pick trials up as quickly as all the teens wen they start, so give yourself every advantage and start on a mod, they are easier to ride and learn things on, don't be concerned about what other people might think like you've said, even if your on a stock chances are you'll still have wide bars and no seat + loud brakes so everyone will stare at you anywat . go for a mod, then move to stock if you feel the need/have the money.
