I never had spots until I'd just turned 18 and cut out smoking and lots of partying and sorted my diet out - twas quite annoying but it also shows that spots just happen. There are things you can do to aid it however. The spots (and spot scarring) should die down when your hormones stop going all over the place. Go for Tea-Tree Oil, it's one of the best natural anti-toxin things (or whatever it's called which is anti- and removes spots). If you have the manlyness, head over to the body shop and get some of the Tea-Tree Face Wash and Scrub. It'll work a treat - luckily my brother works there now so we get it cheap :$ Diet will affect it, if you're eating chocolate and other crummy things - it's not going to help you. Get off the Coca Cola and other fizzy drinks filled with chemical crap which shouldn't be in your body and drink plenty of water, as well as the crisps, unless you go for the Potato Heads - they're alot better for you than any other ones, all natural ingredients, less fats and no MSG (a flavour enhancing chemical). My $0.02 at least, I guess some people had worser spots than others so needed different stuff. Have a poke around on the web and you'll find alot of information about it.

But does that mean jack? Just because some Pro could ride a particular frame better than you or me or whoever doesn't take away the fact that it's a poor frame, surely if Petr Kraus doesn't ride it anymore means that it must be bad (Y) Still though, regardless of whoever being able to ride it, there are many more frames available that will ride better than the heavy tools. and they don't necessarily have to be long low and silver - Simon made a valid point and it didn't require your usual crew (i.e. Anal and/or DLB) of posters to come into a thread to 'cyberbully' (cracking word) him. You guys always do this, you seem to think you're better than than the person you're trying to have a go at but it seems pretty pathetic that three guys come on the forum solely to pick on people. That's my interpretation of it all at least . . . At the end of the day though, it's the guys decision, but making a bike with a comparitvely shitty frame for nostalgia purposes does seem a tad silly, good on the guy for coming back into trials though (Y) Edit: Regarding the bike pictures thread, it is there for a reason, so what's the problem with someone telling him about it - it's not as though he even enforced it as such. And if this bike had been posted in there with a link to a comments page (edit 2: the gallery's down so that wouldn't happen, still though he could ask people to PM him comments if he cared that much) it'd be practically the same as this topic, just out of the way. It's hardly much effort to do and it doesn't clog the forum up, hell, at least it'd stop bitch fights like this. Even if the guy has been out of the scene for a while, I know if I was a mod I'd close this without even thinking, the topics there - use it? But hey, it's not my forum and I'm not here that often so it's no skin off my nose. But it's hardly a huge request, and it's there, nice and clear, at the top of the page.

Bleach the brows, then it'll look better stupider

I feel that at the end of the day, we're all living on the same planet, we're not that different from each other. Culture is culture, if people want to live a certain way people should respect that, I think it only becomes a problem when violence occurs, but it takes two for the violence to occur so they could be as bad as each other. Language wise I think that people should adapt, as language itself isn't a huge part of culture, it's a means of communicating with people - it just makes things easier. If they like to speak their home language to each other, why should we care? Hmm, don't know where I'm going with this, I guess I should put meh (as I usually do).

Funny, looks like a Vario to me " Was the Vario only a temp frame or did you not like it?
-
Ok you totally missed the point - I run a King myself, I like it alot. It's never skipped on me and it's bomb proof, I'll definatly keep it as long as possible. Eventually I'll put it on an XC bike once I stop riding. I've no reasons to change. My point was that Hope have alot of experience in the business, and have tested this alot, so if I didn't own a King I would definately trust the ratchet rings on this lil beast.

Have you ever left Plymouth and seen the rest of the UK? You crazy

Somone can't set up a brake . . . Koxx browns have incredible hold, put it this way, I'm choosing to run these over Coust pads - they rule, I know the reds and yellows are even more powerful but browns got plenty of power and a good wear rate, Koxx are onto a winner with the brown compound  Edit: I should have read further down the thread to see people disagreeing with him already :">
