  1. I am able to upload with a USB cable. Never had a problem with this method and I have made a few vids. This is my first time editing with Premiere though. I can take the raw footage on my computer and play it no problem. Smooth as can be. As soon as I drop it in the editing timeline it gets all jumpy. Thanks for the help.
  2. Ali...awesome that you still have the old Pure. I still have mine, but it was Long model. you have to wonder how many people still have a Pure laying in the shed.
  3. Running XP with only 512mb of RAM. I will buy some RAM, hopefully smooths out the footage.
  4. Hello, I have edited videos in the past but this is my 1st time with Adobe Premiere 6.0. It is an older program but my friend has used with with good results. When I uploaded my clips off my DV camcorder they play just fine on my computer. When I drop them into the editing timeline the clip doesn't play smoothly and jumps around. I have tried de-interlacing it but it did nothing. I am not sure what could cause this issue. Here is an example. let me know what you think. Thanks!
  5. I remember Tim working on a few projects in 2008-2009. He came out with MOE bars, & cranks as well as some Magura oil that was similar to water.
  6. Just something to think about.... Your gusset between the top and bottom tube is not a good idea. It is a high stress area and I have seen 2 frames ( one of them was a marino) 1st had that have had a similar tube joint and both of them cracked within a season of riding. I have shown the typical crack location in red. A better gusset is to have a plate on both sides of the frame in the head tube area similar to the old Koxx Levelboss frame. Your bike looks nice and I hope you keep it for more than 2 months. I love Marino frames (owner of 2) and it is so nice to see Cro-mo being used.
  7. Trakax video software is a perfect. They have a great help forum too for new users.
  8. A compilation of footage from the 2009 riding season. This footage was edited with Trakax Pro. I am extremely impressed with it and it is free to try for 30days. Filmed in Hibbing and Duluth Minnesota.
  9. I have a rear v on a mod. It doesn't feel as nice as my stock but with some tinkering I have made it work very well. Magura might be easier to setup but V has so much less resistance in lever pull. My pivot is at the lower magura mount by using home machined adapters.
  10. Does anyone else have experience with these?
  11. One of my favorite frames too. Can I get a side shot of the V brake setup? Great looking bike!
  12. Thanks so much for the Ali media. Please keep taking pictures and video. Great riding Ali.
  13. I have always thought it was interesting that the majority of the pros (Vince, Gilles, Giaco, etc.) were running flat bars in 2007. Come 2008 everyone switches to risers. One day everyone will probably go back. I always loved the feel of my Brisa bars but my Easton CNT bars feel good too.
  14. I am considering purchasing a 18t Surly cog for my front freewheel cranks. Has anyone ever had problems with them stripping? I know they aren't as wide as an Echo but I have not personally heard of people having problems with them. Let me know how your experience has been. Thanks!
  15. Looks way better than the first version.
  16. One of my favorite frames! Classic bike.
  17. Are those 26" wheels? Wonder how much that bag costs?
  18. Phone alive yet? Can you snap a picture?
