  1. That frame in silver looks great!
  2. Cole was riding the 2002 Levelboss 1100. Old bike with old parts but he is a very talented rider. Most everyone else had newer bike/parts. Maybe someone from the UK will attend this in 2010.
  3. THose are great frames. I wished they still made them. What is the history on Zona? Sand blast/sand the colored part to silver to give it a more pro look.
  4. Some really clean/nice looking bikes.
  5. Have you been able to get a side shot of the V setup? Thanks
  6. Thanks for the picture, but I have to request 1 more. Can you get one from the side showing where the pad is located in the V arm slot? What size cog are you running in the rear? Thanks!
  7. Do you have some pictures of your setup? A side shot at the pad location would be nice. I plan on using a booster, they are a must on all setups IMO. Thank you for the info.
  8. Well I know on my mod with similar adapters the V brake pad is very low in the arm (close to the pivot). I was concerned that because the control has horz. drop outs that I wouldn't be able to move the pad far enough down with this typle of V adapter. If anyone has pictures of a V brake setup on a Control that would be ideal. Keep the info coming.
  9. I am considering purchasing this frame & was wondering if anyone is using a rear V on it. I have home machined adapters that utilize the lower 4 bolt mount as the pivot area similar to the Heatsink Mk.3 adapters. The rim I will be using is a DX32. Any insight on if this will work is greatly appreciated.
  10. Those drop outs are tried & true & they look nice too. Can we please see some pictures of your tensioner? Is it custom? Details please.
  11. All cookies must have been cleared so I couldn't use the New Content button. Works now. When I am looking at all the posts someone has made the reply isn't completely there if the sentence is longer. Could we get it back to the way it use to be where a person could read the whole response without clicking on the actual thread? Also...there seems to be a lot of white space on either side of the words on the thread topic. If you could scale that down so more of the threads appear without having to scroll. It would make things a little more condensed & look nicer.
  12. Where is the "new posts" button that use to be at the top of the page? Buttons & fonts seem to be to large, please reduce the size.
  13. Companies could make lighter mod tires for the rear but they would be so foldly & unstable it would be hard to ride any off camber objects. Or pump them up 40psi and have no grip/bounce.
  14. I agree. The new & old videos are great. You defiantly need to make more videos.
  15. Very nice build there. It is pretty hi-tech looking.
  16. This footage was taken on Friday and Sunday at Rockport during OTN days 2009. Saturday we had some heavy rain which allowed me to get Aki’s car stuck, and unfortunately I didn’t do any filming from the ride under the bridge. Aki also hosted me for the long weekend and was a great guide and schofer. It was an amazing experience and I would highly recommend taking the trip out to Boston. I had seen so many of the riders that attended in the Andrew Tonkery videos plus others but actually seeing them ride in real life was a whole different experience. Graham, Robbie, Cole, Tom Ligon, Ttownjon, plus many more are truly gifted riders with a lot of talent. Hopefully this video shows you a little glimpse into what Rockport has to offer and the great people that attend this event. Vimeo
  17. So none of the threads/info from April 2008 till now have been saved?
  18. Great looking bike, but please remove the pink chain.
  19. The bike looks pretty great. Frame color is ace. Why don't you have the adapters in the same offset hole on each side? It would leave things looking less sketchy.
  20. Looks really nice. What made you want a slick rear tire? Street only?
  21. So good to see that things are going back to normal.
  22. The bike looks great, but the miss matched colors take a little of the wow factor away. In the end...best looking Rockman frame to date!
