im the boy bens on about. Get a 185, mine will rip your arms off to quote ross so get one of them but get a good cable and lever as this will affect its performance quite drastically.

hey. I got a wrist support from boots, its made out of neopreme(sp) and it works well it got rid of my pain and it hasnt come back after it went away. The cost about £10 so not too much out of the pocket aswell.
