yer its really annoying because they allways hit you really hard. I had one where i turned around and got punched in the face and when i went to hit thm back my fist just wouldnt budge. umm after reading your second paragraph where you said that you could ride just if you put L-plates on, do you mean you wont take the test and just put L-plates on? because you still have to take the test no matter what. If you want to ride anything motorised on the road you have to take a test wether it be a bike or a car. And no you cant take a passenger on the back unless you've taken you full bike test which you have to be 18 for. also i do believe you have to have your cbt before you can take your full bike test which consists of a practical test consisting of driving around proving you can ride a bike safely, and a theory test same as a car licence test just more aimed at motorcycles, things like if you were on a two way road in a traffic jam, could you drive down the outside: answer no! thats illegal. You also cant even when you've taken you full bike you can't straight away jump on a 1200cc bike you have to ride (i think) a 250cc bike for 1-2 years cant honestly remember, and then you can automatically ride any cc bike you wish. just being thorough with my answer so some of that may come in useful. If not complain and ill add some more stuff ok?
