I pretty much what i want when i want, get a shit load of exercise, riding, walking, general running and messing about and i don't have any fat on me i havnt stuck to certain times for meals, types of food, or specific(sp?) exercise regeims(sp?), as long as your not constantly eating loads of shite(kebabs, chips and drinking loads of coke day-in day-out), drink lots of water and get alot of exercise you'll soon start losing weight/toning up.
