Thought it might be something inside the lever, out of view? I've made some picture's: After a second glance, I do get greasy (black) vingers after rubbing the red circled area. The blue area might have a crack? But it could just be a thin space where the hose thingy meets. I see a small opening in the red circled area, is there supposed to be something there? Or is it used for something else?

Where in the lever is that located?

I have no idea what a brass barel is :$ could you enlighten me? The lever shows no different behaviour other than having no pressure. The what came off the what? Could you explain a bit more? Will check, seems unlikely though, felt like it had to do with the lever.

Hello, Went on a ride this friday. My hope mono trial (front) began to feel kind of spongy, but I didn't suspect anything weird since it was wet, thought some mud might have come on the disc or something. Then suddenly while pressing the brake all pressure was lost. The weird thing is that it still locks if I absolutely press the lever to the bars. No signs of leaks aswell. When I lost the pressure it felt as if something "exploded", I rode through some junk so I couldn't hear if anything fell of the lever, it was dark so I couldn't look on the ground aswell. I don't seem to be missing anything, but it could still be a possibility that I'm missing something. I'll take some picture's of the lever tomorrow. Anyone has any idea what it could be? I've ordered some stuff from them in the past, they are pretty ok I'm not often near Den haag, but am prepared to come for a ride! I'm trying to visit a different city every friday since this is my last year with free public transport My front brake exploded this friday so I might be out for a while. Hope I can get it fixed and meet up soon.

I knew this would come up the moves feel beneath my level because I should've mastered them if I would've taken the normal training approach. But I skipped the whole balance part because of my crappy riding enviroment, thus never learned the balance Thought about this, but I think that most brakeless moves are only possible when your already advanced at the move. I couldn't imagine learning back hops without a brake I did this today, I tried it 2 times, got bored and quit, Thanks for the suggestions

Haha i'm not that much of a tgs whore, I like to do lines. Learning is fun..but not when it feels like it so much beneath my level.

Hello, I'm a reasonably good rider in terms of power moves. I don't have any natural or technical objects in my enviroment to train on. As a result, I never trained any "balance" moves (pigeons, wedges, riding skiny objects etc) but am reasonably good in "power moves" (sidehops, bunyhops, pedal ups, gaps). Being advanced in power moves and a noob in balance moves, makes the training in balance moves incredibly boring. I went for a ride today and expermiented with wedges on slanted objects, but I just couldn't put any effort in it because it was sooooo boring Any tips to make it more enjoyable? Thanks in advance.

I always value people's opinion, but whoever doesn't see that this is a masterpiece has no creative feeling whatsoever. I even showed this to some people who don't give a f**k about extreme sports and they found it beautiful. Have to give it to the red bull team aswell, they did a very nice job on the camera work and editing, it felt very inspirational for me.

Thanks for the positive replies, I might actually try to realise this for a different school project. Doing it out of school will consume too much time, unless people are willing to donate I do posess all the necesarry skills to develop this though I'm not sure if I appreciate it if you take my idea Anyone curious about the results, I got a 8/10 for both the website concept and the video. The app was never meant to be realistic, we just had to get creative and create a flashy concept for the video. I'm sad that we couldn't shoot any quality footage because of my injury though

The video was lacking, we created it from scratch in 2 days. The editing guy also managed to pick the most boring clips. I'm also suffering from a back injury in the clip and didn't have a ride for 2 months or so The idea was as followed: A website where people can upload/link their video's from a specific spot, people could challenge other riders on that spot by making a video on the exact same location whilst trying to beat the performance. There would be a rating system where the community would decide which rider had the best performance at a specific spot. An overall ranking for each rider would be created from this. The video had to impliment this idea in the distant future. The video's on the website could be shown in the enviroment as a hologram, allowing the riding to get a more realistic feel of what they could challenge. I think it's a pretty nice idea, but the class never gave enough room to actually build the website. Concept screenshot for the website: (screen taken down to prevent stealing)

I have been thinking of getting this frame for so long. But it looks so differently in each picture I see. No offense or anything, but it just looks better in this picture. The tubing looks much wider. Could this be a different version from yours? The chainstays look different.
