  1. Gap technique looks very nice
  2. 7 Working hard on my future and am very motivated in developing myself (which is going quite well ). Besides that and biketrial I don't have alot more. Feels like something is missing. Shouldn't be complaining though, I have it better than most people!
  3. I'm pretty sure hyper connectivity is next; being connected anywhere, with everything. Today we are dependant of certain locations and services to be connected (a pc, internet connection) but in the future we will be able to be connected at every given time independ of our location. This is already happening with mobile devices atm, but there are still limitations. Being connected everywhere causes the lines between the real world and digital world to blur , a company called layar makes a good example of this, using your mobile phone camera and it's internet connection + gps it can show you real time information on objects you are seeing. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A6Le50-QN3o This is all still in it's starting fase, mobile phones are just the start, i'm sure they'll create something silly in the future that integrates with your body that keeps you connected.
  4. Balls deep trials team.. you must get a lot of demo requests
  5. I appreciate your advice on sidehopping the other way, but the pedal alignment problem wouldn't change. Still wondering if it has to do with geometry? Maybe because of a different geometry a certain pedal alignment allows for better real wheel balance?
  6. I've tried em to the other side with little success, just don't feel confident enough. I've watched baeley aswell and noticed that indeed. Still wonder if it has to do with the bike geometry though.
  7. I should worry, because improving my technique will get me higher
  8. Hello, I´ve been studying videos today on sidehop techniques after I noticed that I´m not putting enough power into them after watch a short clip of myself. I can get about 42", but feel like I can get alot higher. One thing I noticed is that my pedals are horribly aligned. It's actually painful to watch Joe brewer seems to have it's pedals aligned perfectly: It feels very awkward for me to put my feet in such a horizontal position, I automatically rotate my pedals back because of it. Could it be that he feels more comfortable because of his geomoetry (high bb), or is something I must train myself in? Any tips and other general constructive criticism on my sidehop would be great! Thanks.
  9. You seem to have the perfect girlfriend She must have done alot of research to find the appropriate parts for you !
  10. Any new hopes on a 20" version of the new zoo?
  11. Nice, really love czar frames! Where did you get yours from, they really seem to have dissapeared from the shops
  12. Exactly the same happend to me. She suddenly blocked al contact for 5 months without warning. After first making me happy by telling me shed had feelings, hurray for girls. We speak to each other now and then on msn but it will never be the same as it was. Think it´s wise to move on indeed
  13. You could try an alternative msn client, pidgin is a nice example.
  14. Wanted to go here, but traveling by train was too expensive. Looks like I missed alot
  15. Listen to ali! Your wrist are in a very weird position aswell, change your setup before you f**k them up.
  16. I've been running a shadow conspiracy chain for more than a year and it's in horrible condition, very rusted. Never snapped or had any problems though ! Comes in a lot colours aswell.
  17. That actually is a consolation I thought of something else that could be the problem: I'm running washers because my chainstays were being pushed inward to far. The washers are actually tinyer in radius that the bearings, so it could be that they are applying force on them. I will try to replace the washers and report here if that was the problem
  18. I live nearby Amsterdam, would be cool to be up for a ride! Could arrange a meeting there if you'd like? The dutch riding standard is pretty low though. As for spots, there are some pretty nice spots but they pretty far away from each other. Riding near the dam square is very risky with all the police. Send me a PM if you're intrested in meeting up, I can see myself forgetting this topic
  19. That could very well be true, it looks alot like your description. Will the bearing get loose by itself eventually, or do I have to take measure myself?
  20. Woops should have noted this, i'm using sealed bearings so there is no cone. I know a little rocking is normal, but I can definitly see that the cause has nothing to do with the weight point. The wheel also doesn't spin 100% "freely", seems like something is slowing it down (even if it is very minimal) that also looks to be the cause of the rocking movement. Thanks voor the replies
  21. Hello there, I've recently replaced the rear bearings of my rear hub since they exploded. I did not have the tools to replace the bearings so my dad took it to his work and put the new ones I ordered from tartybikes in. They are 100% compatible since my hub was listed on the product details page. The wheel actually functions perfectly. But it comes to a stop a little slower than normal and when it stops it kind of nod's back and fort very slightly. You should see it like this: - Wheel spins - Wheel slows done - Wheel comes to a stop but has a very slight turn in the opposite direction where it was spinning from. Anyone has any idea what could cause this? It doesn't hinder in performance but i'm afraid it will effect the bearings in the long term. I can't give any feedback on the process of replacing the bearings since my father did that. I do know that he greased them. Maybe the bearings need bedding in? Not sure if that is the case with bearings. Thanks in advance

It didn´t even know it is possible to do a g-turn on such a bike.
  23. Things like the upwards rail thingy amaze me way more than 55" sidehops or whatever. Steve's line's on the mod were also pretty awesome! Keep up the good work.
  24. I have no idea how you could have done this in flash, those aren't vector graphics right? Did you create the images in other software and only used flash to animate it? Great job btw, looks very proffesional
  25. Half link chain might be a solution for your gear problem? I've been running a shadow conspiracy half link chain for over a year and had no problems.
