The main question you need to ask your self is if you want a bash plate?

If you put 12.5mm spacers between the hub and 26" dropouts then the chainline will be all pissed. If you put a 25mm spacer between the non drive side of the hub and the dropout, the hub will not be centered and therefore wheel will not be centered..... Unless theres another way. (^thats just me trying to be clever, Im probably wrong though)

Basically the cylinder gets stuck and by pumping it, it free's itself up but if thats not good enough then thats when the grease comes into play.

I don't know what the RV stands for but I'm pretty sure mods and BMXs both have 110mm spacings and stocks have 135mm spacings.

Take the cylinder out of the lever and grease it up. Thats what I did. and mine moves nice and freely

my freind runs vees its jusy a standard shimano with avid levers and a tioga brake booster with custom v-mounts coat it with a tad of tar works the knuts

The best thing about that vid was that there wasn't one sidehop in there. Thats all trials is about nowadays. Sidehop this sidehop that. Whats wrong with spins, nose hops, backwards manuels etc. Bring back old school trials.
