  1. Whilst were on the intial bolts and threads topic. If threads keep stripping in brake mounts. When don't companys provide them pre-helicoiled ? I.e - Steel threads to begin with ?
  2. Now before you start going big or anything. The main thing alot of new and young riders are not doing nowa' days is getting absolute control and balance before they actually start to ride proper street trials. You look like your terrified on the backwheel, relax my friend . Just chill, bend your arms, also do static pause hops in between the initial pedal hop, once again, helping with control and balance. Also make sure you have your trackstand and turning on the backwheel sorted. Just master the initial control and balance movements first and it will help you so much later on in your riding career. TrashZen is so helpful for learning this kind of thing. Just keep practicing though dude

  4. That was good stuff Song fitted well, Over-all a great video. Enjoyed it loads
  5. All freewheel apart from the one's with reverse threads, after been beded in should have the lock ring took off, and have locktite put on the threads, screw the lockring back on and let it all set it to place. By the sounds of things you have an ACS claws and the locking ring has come loose and caused havok with your internals. Best bet is to get your hands on a Tensile freewheel which is completly self service-able and also the Lockring does not come loose when used on your cranks arms, reason been, reverse threads on the lockring
  6. When first learning the move. I've found, just go in your back garden and learn gaping to the front end. This will get your confidence to throw yourself over your front wheel, when at this stage you don't even need to keep your brake locked, just allow it to roll through. Once your confident with that part, go out in your street or somewhere thats remotely quite without traffic etc that has a curb. get on backwheel and once again, launch onto the front wheel, allow the brake to roll through and keep doing that untill your comfy. Now, your wanting to do intial wheelswaps so. Make sure you have a decent front brake. Now, literally place your wheel onto the curb keeping the front brake locked, when in a comfy position on the front wheel, you've then gotta' transfer your weight, so let go of the front brake and swing your arms forward and flick the rear end of the bike through, putting your weight at the rear of the bike. Then keep practicing that. Now, if you want to learn to gap into wheel swaps. So, you start off on backwheel like so: Then, get your self close/on the edge. Now, Pre-load all your force into your back tyre and lower the front end: Now, literally launch your self over the front end, keeping your eye's on the edge of where your landing at all times. Now place your front wheel on the edge and hold your brake HARD. Now, you've swing your arms upwards, and flick the rear end of the bike through, releasing the front brake, yet locking the rear. Then make sure you stay on the wall/curb etc and ride away Initial static wheelswaps can be done like so: Get on the rear wheel: Get comfy and then pre-load into rear wheel: Then once again, throw your weight up and forwards positioning the wheel on the wall: Now as you can see in this picture, the bike becomes level on the flick through because of releasing the front brake: Then once again, throw weight towards rear and land on the wall and ride away: So, just have a look and read and give each one ago, both help massivly in your riding career. Any questions, feel free to ask
  7. Arn't Credit Cards Extremly Dangerous things ? I'd never touch one. But, yeah as Mike said, just take it into the branch and do it that way
  8. Pah, Kings have to be cleaned out and have springas stretched and all sorts before they even sound remotely loud. Also, they really arn't worth the money, It's very rare this is happening to 07 Hope Pro II's. Beau was bitching about Pro 2's in Brum. About 2 mins after he said it, his teeth nearly side Hi to a wall, and his hub did nothing but skip all day. My pro 2 has NEVER skipped in the whole time i've had it, neither did the one on my adamant. EDIT: Unlucky Rich man, Hope they replace it
