  1. I am actually haven't been on there for a while though, the coop could be up for sale shortly due to needing something more economical and maybe a bit bigger
  2. Go for the trialtech out of those two definately
  3. You mean the ones that look like a roller coaster ride after a days riding ~~ , no ta.
  4. What sort of rider are you? If your a smoothish rider I would also definately consider the new tryall carbons they are by far the most comfortable bars I have ever used.
  5. Can't go wrong with what matts suggested
  6. Yes just what I thought really will try some grease later on the bolts see if I can get it tight tight, locktite wouldnt hurt either would it as I need to regain confidence in them now!
  7. I think that might be it I dont want to overtighten them I have stripped a few threads in my time! Also when I am tightening the clamp the bolts make a click noise like they are as tight as they can go but really I think this.could be down to being new and no grease is on there. Was thinking about putting some locktite on there as the bolts could be working themselves loose. Never seen that before, the tryalls already have a sort of grip tape on there doesnt seem to help much though.
  8. Smaller? Thought it was the opposite with contis.
  9. Is anyone else having trouble with these spinning in the stem when clamped tight? It happened twice today and put the sh**s up me as the noise sounded like they were gonna snap.
  10. Yes it is its only for show really as ive heard they break fairly easy on bmxs nevermind trials bikes.. Never seen it before and it is a little bit flexy will know for sure when ive had a proper ride , it most likey will be getting a new build.
  11. Haha sorry dude soon as it come up i knew i had to get it. Haven't had a chance to ride yet due to the chain problem don't want to try it till i get my other chain on. The bars seem really stiff i was hesitant getting them and will have to build some confidence with them but i haven't heard of anyone snapping a pair yet so hopefully its all good, they are silly light though and feel really comfortable.
  12. So this is probably my 7th or 8th bike in the last year and a half silly i know but i haven't been happy enough to keep one but variety is the spice of life as they say Anyway pretty happy with how its turned out a few things i had trouble with is the chain tension and brake allignment as you can see from the last pic even with a half link my echo slaves are still slightly angled like this / \ I have to change this chain obviously as these are snap happy, need to order a tryall half link to go on my z610 but doubt my problem will go away and the echo lever is getting changed for a black one. 13. Lovely ! Echo are doing well this year ay.
  14. Looks nice that buddy would definately go with the white rims next will look even better
  15. Yes used one in the past its just far too easy in my opinion, it probably is a better idea than running a half link but you shouldnt have to run one.! No matt its not the the rain king it could be the 8mm fun bolts though as they are quite large could be stopping the wheel move forward slightly hmm, any other suggestions?
  16. Think it would be far too easy then, its looking more likely that the dreaded death link might be needed and il have no confidence in it whatsoever..
  17. suppose but would have to be quite slack but like you say its my only option really.
  18. That was my plan rob for the time being its just my brake will barely work like this, why are trials bikes sooo frustrating some times? Any other bright ideas? I do NOT want to run another half link ever again.
