I find it also helps if you turn your head towards the way you want to go and aslo twist your hips. You cound look on trashzen, something about it may be on there.

I'm the friend lol. Yeah sam, I think it will be better for me sunday aswell now. Because don't know what time my booster is arriving and my gf wants me to go see her tomorrow, so sunday will be better.

I also use ODI lock ons and they have never come loose. I know many other riders who use 'em too and none of them have had problems with their grips.

Does it only rub on the chainstays or is there anywhere else it rubs? Are you sure you have got your wheel dead straight in the centre? As it shouldn't rub at all. If your wheel is dead straight in the centre, they you may possibly just have to wear down part of the tyre... with a file or something. It shouldn't rub though so there must be another problem with your setup i suppose. EDIT: Just looked above my post, It should't be time for a new tyre already because he said he just purchased it meaning its pretty new anyway. But yeah, I suppose if there is a buckle in the wheel that wouldn't help things.

I always wear a helmet! But not always shin pads 'cos I don't really like wearing them. Sometimes I don't wear anything while riding in the garden etc... (Talking about helmets and pads, I still wear my clothes )
