Don't get a carbon bb, haven't used one, just seems silly that people snap alloy ones all the time and then some bright spark comes up with 'I know! Lets make a bb out of something weaker! At least it'll look cool though. Oh wait, its disappeared inside my frame so nobody can see it.'

This. Good strength, good weight, choice of colour.

yea but i have only just brought taperd cranks like last week so realy cant be asked to change it alredy :S

Honestly I'd just go for a shimano UN 53/54 they are pretty bombproof.

I don't understand how people manage to round off square taper cranks, if you look after them they will last a long time. I've had some onza orbitas with the tensile bash on for ages (2004) and have had no problems with them.

+1 Them bottom brackets are amazing !! i had one in my P3 for 1 Year :D
