How To Improve Balance And Control

Usually people who don't have much control are tense when riding. If you've been riding trials for quite a while now and it's not just down to the lack of practice, try chilling out. Ride slowly. When you're lining up for a sidehop relax and do a long trackstand before and after you get up the wall. Eliminate unnecessary correction hops. Concentrate more on your muscles and body movement rather than on pulling the move itself. Kinda hard to explain, hope you get what I mean.

Track Stands will help you get 2000% better.

and the pogo stick thing was spot on. Enough practice on that and you'll be on your way to being a balancing master :P
