Easiest Way To Get Rid Of Blisters On The Palm Of My Hand?

Give it a few days to heal proper.

Continue to wear gloves and if calluses form, keep them ground down with a nail file or soak your hand in warm water for a while and use a razor to carefully remove the extra skin. If you ride a lot, you may have to do this once a week. Hope that helps. Search for this topic too, probably lots of extra advice about that here somewhere.

Know what you mean, like right at the bottom of your fingers.

I've got them and as i've rode some form of 2 wheeled vehicle for like 6 years straight they have become really hard, only advice i can give you is dont pick them and just let them do there thing naturally, carry on riding and try your best to forget about them :)

Ignore them (Y)

Yeah, exactly. At first they'll hurt like mad, but just ride through the pain(maybe not as much riding as usual though) and they'll just harden up and you'll stop feeling them!
