If this vid isn't making sense maybe a bit of history might help?

Link to bikes that came just after chainspotting, check out the evolve topic as well to see what was happening across the pond about the same time.

Late 90's was all about biketrials.com

I spent many a lesson wasting time uploading videos that lasted seconds from there. If your new school educate yourself and just look around the site!

Link to the vids I mentioned above!

Love looking back on that site every now and again. Always makes me giggle when there's mentions about a Tioga Factory DH tyre being 'really nice' :) So much nostalgia...

They were so cheap though they must have shifted soo many.

I swear I picked up a set in the Tioga fad for £15 for the pair, ran them for two rides, fell off a wall (edit: everything), bought some Michelin Hot S and learnt the error of my ways.

Pretty much EVERYONE at Bike 01 (I think) had a set over their shoulders because they were that cheap. I ran them for months, trying to kid myself that they worked as well as how good I thought they looked at the time. So many stacks, so so many. They should have come with a health warning.

Lasted FOREVER though, I assume because they were made out of plastic instead of rubber.
