What are people running? 26" Tyres.

I've not ridden in over a year now and never really had a properly good stint on a stock to gauge what I liked best tyre wise.

What rear tyres are people using?

I'd like something with a good compromise between weight, bounce and stability, and grip of course.

The usual really, I think?

On the rear;

Continental DK 2.5, sometimes the projekt version which is slightly narrower at 2.4. Try all lite. Or you could opt for the tried and tested maxxis high roller or minion tyres 2.5 or if you're a slightly smaller guy, the 2.35.

On the front;

Continental race king world cup 2.2 is what ive been running for years and never have any problems riding street and comps. The Try all lite on the front is also a good option but dont expect it to last very long riding street as the compound is super soft and the tread is minimal to begin with. Ive seen riders use the small block 8 tryes on the front of their set ups too. Bit of a harder compoud but light enough for comp duties.
