BONGO Posted March 3, 2004 Report Share Posted March 3, 2004 Trials shoes area a lot more flexible than Skate shoes for a start. if you look at mony boots, they seem to be the same shape as ur foot. Skate shoes are just huge!!(by an large, not all) skate shoes are huge if you buy the huge ones. buy the ones designed for bikes and you will find that they aren't huge at all. john Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
AndyT Posted March 3, 2004 Report Share Posted March 3, 2004 I use bmx shoes to walk in....monty's to ride trials in, bmx shoes for "street" or dirt or whatnot. I don't ride any street on my trials bike so it kind of makes sense, the montys just glue to VP pedals...I had to paint them black to attempt to not look like a complete gayboy however. They look shite, as per usual, what exactly is wrong with skate shoes? They don't go with lycra. You can have ultra sleek body hugging lycra then big chunky shoes, no need, pixie boots! When the Coustilliers were over here I gave them a pair to try and they liked them so I gave them the details of the company which makes them, so they approached them directly. It as simple as that.
