Spelling is still important, because you need to know the first and last letters, and the middle bit is the rest of the word jumbled up. I doubt it would work if you mispelt the word and had wrong letters in the middle :)

Still, it is a rather cool phenomenon.

personal pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis is best i got but the long word isnt underlined in any of the searches so that word cant be used in an official Googlewhack
