probally, bettter of buying a new hub, or just buy some chain tugs, but put the on the outside of the frame instead of the inside, they will still work the same.

echo reds are the best on a smooth rim, plaz are not good at all on a smooth rim, only if you paint your rim black with tar, but the best pad on a smooth rim is by far, zoo pads.
