Pretty off topic, but is it possible to build some muscle without going to the gym/spending hundreds on weight sets? I.E just doing press ups, pull ups, and sit ups? and any other exersizes? Id quite like to build some upper body/arm muscle up but Im SERIOUSLY skint at the moment.

Could someone please shop this car into dark blue, and the wheels on it into a proper brilliant white, or silver. There is that new race game coming out in Feb. I think, cant for the life of me remember the name of it, but watched some development vids etc. on it and it does look pretty amazing. Forzas a very good game, and you can pick it up for about a tenner on amazon. Well worth the money.

Ahh yea, I see. Comes in 24:38 or 22:36 apparantly In the 22 tooth it turns the sprocket once per rotation, however in the "overdrive" it turns the sprocket 1.6 times per full crank rotation. Pretty clever. The sturmeny archers wernt up to much really, and engagment is apauling, but im guessing this will be far superior. Will be interesting to see it tested, and really put through its paces. At £400 a pop your gunna want it to last.
