LOL and what is that ment to mean? You ride street so you use risers and flats for comps?? No no no my son. People ride what they want, going by what they think feels nicest. I ride Extended viz risers on my zhi, normal tryall risers on my 24" and either azonic double walls 1" rise or race face diablos 1.5" rise on my project bike So risers for the win.

Some thing ive always looked at and thought...how the hell would that work properly!! You must just get lucky with chain tension.

That was good man!! keep it up. one thing I did find quite funny was that the gap to front on the two benches, it was smaller than your wheel base but you still didnt make it.

You can get steel inserts with a m6 or m8 on the outside with a internal thread you can screw your 4 bolt mount bolts into. So what you need to do is thread the stinkin looking holes on that frame out so the inserts fit in. Sorted. Im sure everyone will advise against filling the holes with alu then re-drilling them.

Thats how I did it. thats good advice.

I had the holes filled with alu on my old ashton justice and it turned out terrible!! the guy was an expert but just couldnt do a good job of it. The holes ended up being too big, m5 or m6 which ever is one bigger than normal 4 bolt sizes. The threads were redone and the alu just started to crumble slightly. I had to drill out my brake mounts to get the bigger bolt to fit in and therefore didnt have the adjustibility I wanted/needed. The guy asked for my clamps to get the holes drilled back in the right place. In other words it was bodged to fuuuck and didnt work the best..thats what I get for snapping a tap inside the the mounts. Back when I was a less experienced engineer. :$ Just follow the thread on how to helicoil your frame and youll be laughing. hope that helps.

Oh I must add, for people who care and people who dont care too, My tensile mounts are now off my zhi and im running normal 4bolt mounts and the pistons are holding so much better and the cranks dont rub off them anymore. happy days. Cant wait for fort bill. lets hope we bring the scottish muckers weather. which is usually beaming sunshine, a wee bit of cloud or spitting rain. lol

Id rather not have a turtule head poking out as im doing a big gap on those rocks up there, just incase I snip it off and it rolls around my white boxers like a malteaser. if I was going to weight weeny myself, id shave. He he harsh but true.

Come on son, read that back to yourself. Dont know what the problem could be for sure but I think it might be the heat and lack of sugar/salt and water. I decked it off my Patriot on a trail at the borders and everything went blue for a while.
